i still did not get any change in the store they still had same attitude rude and really bad customer service i think they dont care at all

Omg this place is over priced! I ended up going to another GNC and the price was half of this store! Went in for a refund and was asked if I would do a price match. No! I want my money back! Never going to this store again. OVERPRICED. Enough said…

This store was unbelievably terrible. The merchandise was all jumbled up on the shelves so we asked where to find what we were looking for. The single employee at the time was busy doing paperwork and outwardly irritated that we deigned to talk to him. After that we continued to browse, but when we finally did go to the register, the employee literally THREW his clipboard onto the counter and rang us up in a mean, rude tone. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.

This gnc is different than the others. They don’t combine discounts or member prices like they do at other gnc’s Staff also hardly acknowledged me when I went in and no one else was there!!! It’s worth the short drive to issaquah or southcenter, you’ll get better service and prices.

I’ve always wanted to start a Unilocal account and the horrendous service from the owner of this GNC store finally got me moving. Synopsis: Buy somewhere else! You can likely get the product for cheaper and the service can’t get any worse. Owner flat out refused to honor the return policy and didn’t care about dissatisfied customers. Corporate office couldn’t do anything but apologize and hope I would eventually go away. I went to the Factoria GNC to make the return. The back of the receipt states«With valid ID, copy of receipt and within 30days of purchase you may return to ANYGNC store for full refund.» When I entered the GNC store the owner was arguing with the current customer about the pricing of something, so already I’m starting to get anxious about my return. The owner didn’t seem to understand customer service or creating a positive experience. The customer before me eventually stormed out, agitated and saying she never has a good experience at this store and will not be back. I approached the owner asking if he had Modern BCAA’s. I was hoping to purchase something in addition to making the return, because something about returns always makes me feel guilty. The owner said he didn’t carry the supplement and didn’t offer any alternatives(clearly no customer service or sales ability) I told him«I guess I will just be making this return then.» He stared at the bottles for a minute and my receipt then said«You can’t return these here. You have to go back to the store you purchased them from.» At that point I noted the writing on the back of the receipt«…return to ANYGNC store.» He said he did not carry the product so he couldn’t accept the return. Frustrated I said«Having a rough night with customer, huh?» «No, not a rough night» he replied. Feeling defeated I left the store and called another GNC store from outside to see what their take on the policy was. The other GNC store said I should have been able to return the product. I called the Factoria store back to tell him about my conversation with the other store but the owner didn’t care, even after I said I would be making a complaint with their customer service the next day. The next day I called customer service and they apologized for the inconvenience, said they would send me a $ 15 voucher and that I should be able to return the product to ANYGNC store. Later that evening I called the Factoria store again to see if the issue was resolved. The owner told me it wasn’t. Corporate GNC would send him a notice of the complaint and he would respond, but I still could not return the product to his store. Today I have talked with customer service twice and the are working with a district manager, but I still haven’t actually been able to return the product to get my $ 200. They are sending me $ 15 but I would rather they kept the $ 15 and gave me the rest of my money back as advertised and everyone is telling me I can, except the owner of this franchised store. In a couple days it will be past my 30day refund period and he will actually have a reason not to give me back my money.

Had to pick up my refill of Vitamins and this was the first time at the Factoria GNC. The gentleman working was very helpful asking if we needed to find any specific. Was great at leaving us alone when we asked and then very knowledgeable when we asked questions. I have been to other stores and feel this employee was VERY knowledgeable and honest. I will be back for sure!
