FitnessFAST is a great family owned gym. It feels homey unlike the big chain gyms. They offer a diverse list of classes and the instructors teach to accommodate all skill levels. It’s seriously great! They usually give a «tone it down» and an «amp it up» option for the moves so you can adjust it to your needs and get the best work out possible.
I have tried the gym membership but live too far away to make it worth the drive every day. However they offer punch cards for classes that are usually sale or special very often!
The punch cards are for the classes which are in the mornings and evenings. Whether you do a membership or just the punch cards, they are worth checking out!
