Usually always on point. I came here when she first opened, always nice and good calm environment. I always come for the eyebrow threading. It’s a fair price and quality service. There is someone there occasionally who is not the owner and of u ever get there be specific as u can about how you want your brows done or you might have to deal with how they want to shape it or see it, the threaders here their style seems to be thin but u just need to specify. Their English is not to proper but they know enough to know what you want done.

Staff is very friendly and provide great service. Threading was painless and very reasonably priced. I was very satisfied with the results and will absolutely be returning, great overall!

I grew my brows out for 3 months to have them shaped proper. I should have just researched and paid for the best. I asked for my brows to be cleaned up and to keep them naturally shaped (nature gave me awesome brows) but she made them a bit too thin. I don’t mind too much because I can fix it with my Mac brow liner, but I hate wearing makeup in the summer. The women were very sweet… they just didn’t seem to know what to do with my brows. Oh well.

I’ve been coming here every other week for several months and am very happy with it. My eyebrows always look great — clean and natural — and the lady is very nice, I’m getting married soon and would not get my brows done anywhere else.

I recently stopped by this place while I was at the mall to get my eyebrows done. I was very pleased with the shape of my brows and I really feel like the lady there has an amazing eye for what looks good for your specific face shape. She was fast and very friendly. I will definitely be coming back here again and plan to refer all of my friends here as well.

I would rather pay more somewhere else or drive the distance to the south side to get it cheaper! I would not recommend this place! They kept asking me questions about my skin that was non-​related to the treatment. Mind your own business and stick to the service requested! And it took two people just to thread my eyebrows which weren’t even bad. I just got them done a few weeks ago and just wanted a clean up. And when they talk to you, they mumble, aren’t clear and super boater. I grew up with immigrant parents, I could usually understand broken down English but I actually had to have them repeat themselves a few times with what minimal words we exchanged.

Wish I could give this place «zero» stars. I live in the area and we had family pictures planned for a few days & I stopped in here to have my eyebrows done. I am very picky & sensitive about them being done correctly and expressed that to her & told her that I only needed a clean up and to keep them natural looking, She threaded them and they are UNEVEN & way too short. I walked out of there crying & sat in my car and cried for 10 minutes. My kids are about to turn 2 and I am not sure that I am going to take part in the pictures on Sat because they look so bad. There is a language barrier as well, making it difficult to get across what you are looking for. Learn from my mistake, go anywhere else!
