Dr Evans is a very busy doctor, which translates to a great doctor. She is in high demand so don’t judge her for being late she could have been caring for another patient or delivering a baby… remember they come when they want to! I work in the medical field and am very picky and very familiar with all aspect of running a practice. I searched high and low before deciding to go with Dr Evans. If you realize she is busy and knew half the headache of being a doctor you would understand. She is there if you need her but understand she is booked full! She sees patients at two locations: issaquah office which is run like most offices, the Overlake office is there for ease in the hospital. She is able to be more efficient by seeing patients at both locations. That is why there is little staff at Overlake. The Overlake office is there for patient convenience and it opens up her schedule not having to run in-between the office in issaquah and the Overlake hospital. She may as well deliver babies and see office patients while she is at the hospital. She is very educated and very good at what she does. She is now helping me with my second pregnancy! She loves babies and was very happy for us! I hope she is not retired before I have all my kids.

Dr. Evans was written up in Seattle Met magazine as one of the BEST OB-Gyns in the region. I needed a new one so I called for an appt for my annual check. Was told Dr. Evans was full up, so saw a Nurse Practitioner. She was great, but one year later when time for next annual exam, she was no longer there. Saw a different Nurse Practitioner. One year later, No. 2 was no longer there – saw a 3rd Nurse Practitioner(who I did not like). Year 4: Asked to see Dr. Evans or a Physician rather than a nurse. I saw Dr. Te… who I liked, but was told that 2 days after my visit, she would be leaving the practice! Yeeeesh… no continuity~! New people every time. Place has a weird vibe, when you go in the waiting room is a ghost town and no one is there, not even staff. Eventually a staff person breezes in and checks you in, but it seems so strange, quiet and empty. My last OBGYN had the noisiest, busiest waiting room possible. Guess I wont come back. No continuity. Always different people who are leaving… why? Not a good place to work? Where is the staff– hiding? what is the deal?
