After reading reviews, decided to try it out. Unfortunately we were met with a sign on the door that said as of Friday 10⁄18 thy are closed for good. :(

So, I agree with others that the location inside the car dealership is very odd, BUT the goods make up for it. The staff was super friendly and everything looked really good, including the salads. I had the gluten free vegan ding-dong — and WOW, it gave my taste buds an orgasm. SEEPHOTO. I’ve been eating clean, especially as I have a pending business trip in Hawaii in less than two weeks, and though its business, I’m sure I will find a way to spending time on the beach. My fat cells are totally satisfied that I stopped by Eden B, but no more sugar for me for a awhile!

Oh my goodness, this place is amazing. It has been so long since I’ve had a breakfast sandwich that has not been made from frozen gluten-free bread from my freezer. My husband ordered the pulled pork sandwich and wants to move to Bellevue now. Cookies were delicious, bread was amazing… everything was fantastic. It was a bit odd to go into the bakery from a car dealership. I would like to add, the car dealership’s salesman were all respectful and showed us where to enter. It will be time to fly out again and visit Eden’s or have the bread shipped overnight.

For a while I had been following this bakery on FB. The images were amazing and the stuff looked great. They always responded to my posts about different ingredients. My son was turning 9 and having a party with friends. He also has many food allergies which make it tricky to «fit in» with all the kids. I took a chance and called Brooke. She was lovely(as were the staff at the bakery). She was informed, responsive, creative and very easy to work with on my order. My son loved his birthday cake! I loved that she was so efficient and did everything as I asked! The cake was much, much lighter than other GF, Dairy-free, soy-free cakes we’ve tried. The frosting was divine and the simple, yet detailed, decoration was perfect. This is the first year I have not baked and decorated my child’s cake(due to the allergies) and I was very happy to leave it in Brooke’s capable hands. Many, many thanks… we will be back!

Arrive early in the day! By the time I got there(2pm) there were only 3 cupcakes left of the same flavor, 1 type of bar, and some macarons remaining. The macarons were so-so taste-wise, and very reasonably priced(buy 5 get 1 free, total $ 3.75 for 6 I believe). The amaretto cupcake I had was also so-so…the frosting was a strange consistency(maybe because it was vegan?) and was flaking off. I bought 2 cupcakes for a gluten-free friend’s birthday. Unfortunately, they recently bought the wrong size boxes, so there weren’t good cupcake holders in the box they provided me… on my drive home, by the time I opened the boxes, the cupcakes had tipped over and the frosting was squished, making them unpresentable for a birthday. I ended up having to buy cupcakes from another place later in the afternoon. I will give this place another try, but will visit in the morning, so I have more choices.

I have tried all other gluten free bakeries and eateries and Eden B is by far the best!!! Her selection and quality of her bread is incredible. I am so impressed with every item I have tried. I have found other baked good from the other GF eateries to be dry and artificial tasting. If you close you eyes when eating one of the items on Eden B’s menu, you would not know you were eating gluten free. Eden B will surpass your expectations. Bön Appetit!!!

The cupcakes were pretty good. it was definitely strange pulling into a car dealership parking lot to get there but the confusing journey was worth it. Service was great and people were extremely friendly.

This bakery is located in the strangest place – it is INSIDE a car dealership. When I first walked in, I thought it was some kind of trick and I was either on camera, or someone was going to try and sell me a car. When I finally located the bakery, which was tucked behind the waiting area of the car dealership, I was a little disappointed. For some reason, I thought the place would be bigger or have more selection. Anyway, I got two cupcakes and two cookies. The cookies were hard and dry, and the cupcakes were a little chewy. Since I have been gluten-free for 6 years, I never expect gluten-free baked items to taste like regular ones, so I wasn’t completely disappointed. I just think they have some tweaking of recipes to do. If I am in the area again, and need a GF fix, I would probably try this place again.

Very yummy stuff! I kept hearing great things and the reviews were correct. I surprised my husband with lunch for valentine’s day. We shared the turkey chipotle sandwich(bery good) and two cupcakes(champagne and Nutella) They were both beautifully decorated. The champagne cupcake was the best. The frosting had just a hint of citrus. The Nutella cupcake frosting tasted of maple. Both cupcakes were moist(rare for GF baked goods). I would definitely order a cake from here for a birthday.

Let it be known I haven’t actually been to the bakery itself, but I tasted quite a variety of baked goods which were brought in from Eden. Oh. My. Gosh. I had no idea I was eating gluten free anything. Everything was so tasty, the macaroons, the cake pops, the cupcakes. I am in love. I am planning on making a special trip soon just to have a meal here as well and leave with some baked goods on my way out. What is unreal is how more delicious their baked goods taste. Normally gluten free items I’ve had taste well… different. Or weird. These items actually taste BETTER! Definitely check this bakery out. I will post an update once I stop by but for now they have certainly blown me away by their tasty treats. Deeeeelish.

I want to love Eden B because it’s a place where(in theory) I can walk in, grab and a sandwich and/or a snack, and be on my way. Gluten has been gone from my diet for about two years, so the whole part about going somewhere and grabbing a sandwich is something I dearly miss. I don’t love Eden B because while extremely friendly, the service is also really slow. Each time I’ve been, it’s taken 20 – 30 minutes for me to be on my way with my sandwich and a cupcake. Kendall often seems overwhelmed taking, making, and delivering orders and while I’ve seen another person there, she’s usually taking care of supplies or inventory or something. Honestly, during a lunch rush, I can’t imagine why you wouldn’t want all hands on deck taking care of phone, in-shop, and takeout orders. I guess that for what I’ve ended up paying for a sandwich and a cupcake($ 15), it’s just not convenient enough to justify. If I needed a dozen GF cupcakes for a party or a gift, of course Eden B would be my first choice. The banana brown sugar cupcake was one of the best things I’d ever put in my mouth! But for what I’d hoped to love Eden B for(lunch/sandwich convenience), I just haven’t been impressed.

After a couple more visits to this local establishment, I’m glad to review Eden B Bakery is progressing well after only being open about 4 – 5 months. I’ve had cupcakes, cookies, and muffins. All have been really good, but my favorite is the blue cookies. I believe these are shortbread cookies with their special blue icing. They are pretty big, probably the size a of a good grapfruit. The cupcakes are good also, moist, not too much icing, not too overpoweringly sweet. My favorite so far is the egg nog cupcake. Also a big plus, the owner Brooke, who knows how to take care of the customer.

Well, my goodness gracious! I first met Brooke when she was slinging cupcakes out in Monroe and am SO glad she’s opened up shop closer to home. I work in Bellevue so this is super convenient for me to grab lunch or a muffin for breakfast on my way in. This is one talented lady! From the hearty muffins to the sumptuous cupcakes, the delicious sandwiches and fresh soups, you cannot go wrong. This is a delightfully gluten-free, mostly soy-free and dairy-free little bakery café located outside of downtown Bellevue inside the new Dodge dealership on 116th near Main. Plenty of free off-street parking on the other side of the building and occasionally a spot on the bakery side. I cannot wait to get my support group, Sensitive In Seattle, out here to share the love. Do yourself a favor and GET. IN. HERE.

Highlights: *The owner, Brooke, and her associate, Kendall are enthusiastic about customer service, and dedicated to making you a really good(gluten free) lunch at a really great price *The cupcakes taste exactly the way they look(actually, better) *My boyfriend’s review: «the only problem with that sandwich is that there wasn’t another one» *The bread stays bready and doesn’t turn into mush when left alone with sauce for a few minutes *The location is weird, but chances are you wouldn’t know it was there unless it was *They compost!(I know, right?) There is absolutely nothing to complain about about Eden B Bakery. I tried to think of something, like there aren’t any bagels, but I don’t think that’s really a valid complaint. Then I was going to say something about the location(inside the service center at the Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep dealership), but if it hadn’t been there, I would never have known about it. Okay, so onto the food. Delicious! I had a turkey sandwich(on sunflower bread — it’s been YEARS since I’ve had sunflower bread) when we dropped off the car, and got a pulled pork to go when we picked up the car. Now, my pulled pork sandwich waited very patiently for me to get home before eating it, and the bread was still bread shaped, and not gooey or gross like I was afraid it might be after half an hour alone with sauce. My boyfriend had the ham sandwich, and when he said«no cheese though» Brooke, the owner asked if he was dairy free and let us know about the vegan bread option, because all of the other breads have dairy in them.(His review: «the only problem with that sandwich is that there wasn’t another one». If feeding a hungry man, get two sandwiches.) Now I have to tell you about the cupcakes. I don’t get to eat cupcakes very much because of the whole gluten thing, so in my two visits, I’ve had two cupcakes. The salted caramel was TO. DIE. FOR. A chocolate cake filled with caramel, and topped with the perfect mixture of buttercream, salt, and caramel. It wasn’t too sweet, had the perfect amount of salt, and the cake was perfect. The strawberry kiwi(vanilla cake filled with kiwi curd and strawberry jam, topped with strawberry buttercream), was one of the best cupcakes I’ve ever had. A little farther to the sweet end than the salted caramel, it tasted the way a synesthete understands the cupcakes in an Alice in Wonderland cartoon. Finally, I have to say a couple of things about the gals who work here: they are the friendliest people I’ve ever known in food service. Brooke is enthusiastic about gluten free foods, not for herself, but because her mom is gluten free and Brooke wanted to give her an option for baked goods that doesn’t taste like cardboard. The dedication to the palates of those of us who can’t have gluten is a big win in my book, you don’t find a lot of people going out to improve on something they don’t normally eat themselves. You should eat here.(And tip.)

This is the friendliest bakery/café I have ever been to. These people clearly love their jobs. And why not? If I made lattes this good, I’d be high on life, too. Gluten free! Vegan breakfast! Nice prices! Biocompostable everything! Secretly hidden in the Bellevue Dodge dealership, this is really an amazing find. I am just wicked pumped that my birthday is coming up so I have a reason to order cupcakes. SO glad we had to get the brakes fixed.

Eden B. just opened in the Jeep Dealership that is just across from my office. They are 100% Gluten Free and carry an amazing array of baked goods – not to mention the most delicious tri-tip sandwich I’ve had. They also have DF/V/SF options available and will soon expand to have daily specials and soups. Try the cookies – all I have to say is YUM!

I have recently become gluten-free and I am so happy that this bakery is literally right around the corner from my job. Everything is baked in house… the sandwich I nibbled on was tasty and the desserts are amazing. They even sell sides of icing. Welcome to the neighborhood Brooke and thank you for opening up your cute shop!
