Eco Clean Franchise

Scheduled an appointment to have our hardwood floors cleaned and sealed. We had to figure out a time to be able to have no furniture in the house and not walk on the floors/​put furniture back for 24hours. Kinda hard. So, come day of appt– 2 hours prior to arrival time nick calls and has to reschedule for 2 days later. Really!?! Our entire house is in the garage are you kidding?
We agreed to 2 days later but, my husband and myself were not home to check the finished product. It took nick 45mins to complete his work. Thats quick! When we were able to walk on the floors I studied every inch. I was expecting more than what i found. It looked like i had cleaned them… I found many places where hair and dirt had been sealed over and dirt still in the cracks. When I clean the floors there are watermarks that show up. And, everything leaves scuff marks now.
We called to have nick come back out and explain the process/​look at my concerned areas (most concerns were just that i didnt like the sealant). They said it was really important to have their customers be happy with their porducts. We have scheduled 3 appointments times and have gotten calls 3 times, day of, that they cant make it. Here it is more than a month later and we are still being jerked around.
Nick, tony and scott– you are unprofessional.
And, any company that has good reviews on their website and terrible reviews on Unilocal is shady to me!
