David Wangsness – Coldwell Banker

My husband and I worked with David during a relocation from AZ to WA. Our move went seamlessly thanks to the hard work of David and his partner Patricia, as well as the CB staff in Bellevue. From the moment we stepped off the plane for our house hunting trip until the rainy morning David met us at our new home with the keys, we received responsive, accurate and professional treatment. We have continued the relationship with the CB office and been aided in the time of need of notary services. I walked in with my mother and they had their staff lined up to notarize and witness the documents for us. If our home will be sold, it will not be sold without the services of David Wangsness and his team at CB Bellevue!

I recently worked with David Wangsness on the sale of our house and the purchase of another. What incredible customer service and attention to detail! He worked with us every step of the way, explained options and kept us apprised on a daily basis. The time and attention he spent working with us made the process easier and allowed us to feel comfortable with the sale and purchase. He gave us all the information we needed to make informed decisions.
Our house sold in less than a month and in a multiple offer situation ours was the one accepted in buying our new house. Couldn’t have made it all happen without David Wangsness!

He clearly communicated the entire process and was brilliant in his responses to all my questions regardless of the day of the week.

I was referred to Coldwell Banker by the veteran’s group USAA. The CB office that works with veterans is CB Bain in Bellevue, WA, and they in turn assigned me to David Wangsness.
Unfortunately, he was not a very forthcoming individual for information when I would request it during my purchase. He told me that I was questioning his professionalism and that being forthcoming with information was not his practice. He would get annoyed and sigh audibly, and
I would feel very uncomfortable talking with him. Basically, he only updated me when he wanted to, and ignored or avoided me the rest of the times.
I requested that USAA remove him from their referral list and filed a complaint against him, and I was then assigned to his manager, who was very different than him and nice.
I do not recommend him as your realtor if you want someone who you can communicate well with, because even if he may start out pleasantly, you’ll find out soon enough that he won’t provide that for you. USAA refers to Century 21 in Lynnwood as well and I recommend them first.
