This place is a disgrace. I came to them with a very sensitive matter and at first they were super willing to help me. Than when it came time to come in, turns out they gave me the wrong location and the guy that was at the Bellevue location was a HUGE d***. He refused to help me unless I made an appointment and all he could focus on was the fact that I didn’t have an appointment. Not the fact that I had a very sensitive request having to do with my child that had passed away.
So if you want unprofessional and rude service make sure you call and schedule an appointment first. My dead deserve better than this disaster of a place.

We were looking for kind, efficient service for a cremation, without salespeople trying to make us feel guilty about not spending tons of extra money on fancy urns and the like. Curnow gave us exactly what we wanted. The wonderful staff walked us through the very few decisions, and all the paperwork. They listened to our requests and then helped us with exactly those. The process was low in hassle and a GREAT price compared to some neighboring establishments.
The person who died would have wanted extra money to be spent on helping living people, not an extravagant funeral or expensive coffin. We were able to donate some money with what we saved.
However, Curnow also allowed us to go through the body disposal process with dignity, and now we have the ashes to scatter later in an intimate family service. Thanks for being there for us, Curnow!
