The people are friendly and nice and make you feel welcome. Thats the only positive.
But when it comes to the haircut and hair color… i am totally disappointed. 3 stars for friendliness of staff.

Jasmine did my haircut. I was so shocked to get a such a bad haircut. It reminded me of a worst hair cut I have gotten from supercut 20 years ago. It was that bad.

I went into the shop with a Groupon and Melissa proceeded to add on $ 45 dollars worth of charges, because my hair was longer and I wanted two colors instead of one. I was doing chunky highlights, and so that is less work and I was not doing more highlights, just a different color. I can understand adding on a little bit on, maybe for medium hair but when I said that I really did not need my hair cut, she said that the hair cut was a add on anyways so I did not get anything off for that. I did not expect her to take money off but if she is adding on charges for everything then I thing she should have taken off if I was not going to get my hair cut. My hair is longer, but the part that I was going to get highlighted was less than to my shoulders, so I don’t understand the $ 25 dollar upcharge. I called Groupon and they handled the whole thing, wonderfully but I think that Mellissa needs to be more upfront with her fees, list what she charges for. Maybe she is a wonderful stylist, I don’t know.

You know, it’s rather odd. Two days before, I was so upset with my haircut that I wanted to give a really bad review. Well, the reason being it was cut more than I’d have liked it, and it was curly even more than I’d want it to be. But the reason I held myself back was because I literally had asked for something that would classify as a change in look. I wanted to try out curls and I just couldn’t see myself in it once she presented it, may be I wasn’t used to it? Since my new hair was so short now, I was sure I’d be doomed once I washed it, as I’m not really the best self-​styler at home. But when I washed my hair I was pleasantly surprised to see my new hairdo that’s close to perfect! I must say this is just the only place where the hairdo remains great even after a wash! I have the set curls n waves just as though I came out of a salon. Unbelievable! I’d give 5 stars for just giving me the haircut that looks professional even after a wash. That must be some artistic haircut that she did to make that happen :) I went with a groupon and Jasmine worked on my hair. Also, I really appreciate the fact that she gave me such a change in look, which I haven’t had the experience of trying in most other salons! I love the new look now :) It takes some getting used to, but I like it :)
Also, she taught me how I could style my hair to be curly at home just through air drying it, and she was really attentive to what I liked or disliked about my hair. I think she did a great job :)

NEVER let a stylist convince you to do something you don’t want. EVER.

I bought a groupon for Melissa and was not disappointed. She was great! I highly recommend her. Great colorist and hair cut, too.

Finally found someone who can suggest great styles and make me look great! Very flexible schedule, lots of free parking. Full service salon with reasonable prices.

Loved everything about my experience here ! Jasmine did my hair and it looks and feel soooo much better. I had a lot of damage from beaching it –_​– not a good idea. But she knew how to remedy my dry ends and keep my length at the same time. I also found a great deal on groupon so it made the price reasonable. I will definitely be going back to her.

I’ve been a client of Madison’s for several years and I trust no one else to cut my hair. She’s an excellent artist and stylist. Just started seeing Mya for nails and they never looked better (I have girl nails now!).

I was lucky enough to have found Madison over 14 years ago. She knows her craft very well and continuously keeps up on the latest products/​styles/​hair cutting techniques. She loves what she does and it shows. You will not be disappointed!

I’ve been going to Madison for years and she is amazing. People have literally pulled over their cars to ask me where I got my updo done. Twice! I sent a friend to Madison and she told me that she didn’t realize I had a «secret weapon» until she had her hair cut by Madison, and now she is a convert too. I totally trust her if I want a new look, or if I just want to freshen up what I already have. Go to Madison. You won’t regret it.

Madison is a great stylist! She has years of experience and works with the best products out there. I definitely recommend the customized deep conditioning service she offers. It made my hair look SO voluminous and shiny. I also got my eyelashes tinted and I didn’t have to wear mascara for weeks. Overall wonderful service and the salon has a really great feel
