I paid the $ 150 deposit to get on the waitlist for the Sunset location. I was told there should be a handful of openings at the time I wanted care and that my chances of obtaining a spot was high. The staff was great at answering my questions… until I put down my deposit. I never heard from them at the time I wanted care, nor did they email or call me back(for 2 months!) I’m extremely disappointed they didn’t even get in touch with me or provide me with an explanation of what happened. I was told there was some turnover(by 1 person), that’s all. Another person/counselor said it happened to her, too, but didn’t elaborate on what the issue was for my situation. It’s even more disappointing because they charge on the higher-end for tuition. What’s the point of a deposit? It’s like they’re collecting donations. Note: The downtown Bellevue location(my #2 pick) contacted me regularly to see if I wanted a spot there — they were fantastic… but I let them know I wanted to first hear from Sunset. I kept expecting Sunset would get back to me(how naïve!)

I think that this particular location is exceptional. My child has gone there for 5 months now and it had really been affective. My child learns a lot from the other children, and the cleaning standards, and time spent with each child is superior to any other daycare in Bellevue. I did have to wait over a month to get my kid enrolled, and pay the $ 100 fee. I do think that this should not be a charge service. All in all I am very satisfied with this daycare.
