We walked in right before they closed for the day (1:15-ish) and the service was excellent. Guy told us how to fill out the sheet for a bagel sandwich, and the flavors were amazing and it was toasted to perfection. Had the BLT on asiago, and it was delicious. No air (it was hot) and seating will accommodate maybe 10 people, but it’s worth it.

Blazing Bagel is a little shack near the busy Bellevue transit center that serves up bagels of course. What makes it interesting is that they have a form you fill out where you can create your own custom bagel sandwich, using different bagel types and toppings and fixins. They also have a separate menu for pre-defined sandwich specialties. It almost reminded me of Ike’s (a famous sandwich place in the SF Bay Area) since each bagel sandwich has a catchy name.
I went for a toasted bacon-cheddar-chive bagel. It was very good! Good ratio of bread to toppings and it felt easy to digest. Maybe because the bagel was sliced thin and still had a soft and fluffy interior so it didn’t feel so dense.
4-stars! I like the wide variety of bagels they offer. Its located in a prime location and I was encouraged to see a line of customers grab take-out orders.

We get delivery from this place every Friday. Love the bagels from here. Try the pretzel or jalapeño chedder.
I only wish they still offered the smoked salmon spreed on delivery.

Needed a quick bite before our drive up to Vancouver and found Blazing Bagels on Unilocal.Across from the Bellevue Transit Center, I can only imagine how busy this place can get in the morning. Luckily we came during an off time and had no rush in ordering. Staff is very friendly and efficient. Got our toasted bagels in a matter of minutes after ordering. Has a variety of bagels and is reasonably priced.
Will keep this place bookmarked if we’re ever in the Bellevue area again.

I was living on the edge! I ordered a jalapeño and cheese bagel with jalapeño cream cheese, also known as «The Dangerous Jalapeño Duo.» No regrets. I love spice and spice is what I got! Friendly man at the counter and coffee was delicious, just like the cup says!
Felt a little chaotic ordering a bagel (there were two steps to buying and ordering), then the coffee station was on the other side of the room next to the long line. Just felt awkward and disorganized but the yummy bagel and hot java made it all better!
A friend comes here almost every day before she pops on the bus. How convenient that it is right next to the station!

This place was alright, the guy behind the counter gave this place 3 stars. The bagels were barely warm when I wanted them toasted. Lastly the person who made my coffee behind the counter really didn’t care about being a barista. Didn’t know how to mix white mocha or pull a shot of espresso. Kinda sucked…

The employees were super nice. When they realized it was my first visit, they slowly walked me through all of the fabulous finds on the menu. I picked the smoked salmon bagel sandwich. It was delish. It had the perfect amount of salmon, capers, onion and tomato. The everything bagel was also the perfect choice.

This place is my go to for my bagel fix, since I work so close, today I was in the mood for a hot dog and I saw that Blazing sold them… SCORE…gotta try one!
The store smelled great! I ordered a bagel dog with cheese. When I opened the wrapped, the bagel was huge… but the hotdog was tiny in the bun… hmmmmm ok. I took a bite and the hot dog tasted rubbery. I know they made it fresh since I watched them make it… but the hot dogs did not taste at all of good quality. Wont be ordering that again.
WILL BE BACK FOR BAGELS THOUGH!!! Staff is awesome, very nice and friendly!

Excellent bagels coupled with friendly efficient service makes this place unique and highly fun to visit. We stopped by for coffee and bagels one morning and there was already a decent line. I got a sundried bagel, double lox, and a chive smear it was awesome. The bagel was perfectly textured. My date got a blt sandwich on sourdough bread and said it was good. The muffin we got was only so so … and they were out of banana nut and cranberry orange as well. The muffin did not seem as fresh as the bagels but was still ok … ended up with blueberry.

So bummed. I was super hungry this morning so I stopped into blazing bagels. I get to work, take a bite and it’s charred.
What makes this so bad is the employee knew this bagel was burnt (and inedible) because they put the cream cheese over it. Could you seriously not have thrown it out and made a new one? I wouldn’t have minded waiting… It wasn’t even busy.
But hey, what’s one little customer to lose?! Your you carelessness & laziness cost me my breakfast/lunch. Thanks for nothing.

I dig these bagels. While they bill them as «New York» bagels, they are not, but still tasty and worth a try.
My fav is my custom breakfast sammie: sesame bagel toasted with egg, swiss, lots of tomato slices, salt and pepper. They may as well make it official and name it The Kristy! Delish!
Their menu offers bagels and schmears in all sorts of flavors, bagel dogs, power bars, breakfast sammies, deli sammies, a variety of pastries and cookies, and my latest discovery… WHOLE DILL PICKLES! Yum!
BB also has a full coffee bar for those who can’t live without it.
Super friendly peeps who are always chill and happy.

Got a bacon egg cheese on everything bagel. Best case scenario I would get warm melted cheese, crispy bacon, slightly runny eggs on a chewy flavorful bagel. What I got was just a slab of unmelted cheddar on what looked like microwaved egg beaters, ok bacon, and a well top bagel with a weird texture. The bagel itself has the right flavor of an everything bagel but the dough was slightly sticky while the skin was shiny but without any bubbling. I’m not sure there are better bagels to be had in this area so this will do.

I’ve had their everything bagels and blueberries bagels. I’m a huge bagel addict, for the record. Both of the flavors I tried were okay but not outstanding. Personally I preferred their everything bagel over blueberry ones.
Seattle has not yet impressed me with any of its bagel stores!

This is a great little hole in the wall breakfast spot right conveniently located right across from Bellevue Transit Center. I used to go here every other Friday before work & get a bacon, egg, cheese & jalapeño bagel, with jalapeños.
Yes, that’s right, they have not only a jalapeño bagel but you can put jalapeños in the sandwich itself as well. Let me tell you, it is the bombest sandwich ever! The employees are always super chill as well & always have the sandwich done in just a couple of minutes. Sometimes, there is a long line but it’s well worth the wait!
Plenty of choices, & reasonably price, especially for Bellevue!

Interesting spot RIGHT in the middle of Bellevue. Tried the bagel dog with cheese and bacon, and it was pretty good. It was, however, pretty oily, but overall good flavor. It seemed a bit pricey for what it was, but honestly it was fine. Not wowed by the place, but then again, I’m not a huge bagel guy. Decent experience, may go back again.

Was running late for work, and needed breakfast, so decided to stop in here for a breakfast sandwich. Didn’t know how to order at all, but the girl there was so friendly and helpful. I ordered a sausage and egg bagel with pepper jack cheese, red onions, and chipotle cream cheese… oh my gosh, it was delicious!

The best thing about this place is the customer service. The staff members are friendly, patient, and helpful. We walked in and were overwhelmed by the choices. A nice staff member explained how to place our orders and went over the menu.
The next best thing is there amazing selection of bagels. They have rosemary, sourdough, pumpernickel, salt, and much more more. They also have a variety of spreads.
You can order a breakfast bagel, a bagel sandwich, just a bagel with cream cheese or a sandwich on regular bread.
They have a variety of drinks (coffee, juice and more).
It’s a nice place to stop for breakfast, lunch, or a snack. I will have to stop by another time to stock up on salt bagels and to try a rosemary bagel.

Blazing donuts provided me with everything I needed that morning. An amazingly toasted sesame bagel with eggs and sausage and a hot cuppa joe. They have a very wide selection of bagels, you can choose from plain to pumpernickel and everything in between. I’m glad I was visiting from out of town and don’t live/work here because then I would go to blazing bagels often and get myself into trouble ;)
