Bellevue finally has a permanent place where there are food trucks for the masses for lunch! Its located at Barnes & Noble/​Bellevue Galleria — 600 106th Ave NE here is their website so you know what trucks will be there:

This place gets pretty crowded during noon-​1pm hour and especially when its really nice out. I’m pretty sure that most, if not all, accept cards (as well as the cold hard $$$).

Food trucks are likely here to stay in Bellevue. The next push is at the Barnes and Noble/​Mars Hill location. After the success of the Expedia Food Truck Festival, they’re now experimenting with FOUR trucks each Friday this month! If it’s successful, they’ll ramp this up across the week. Nice testing and learning to figure out the sweet spot for Bellevue’s gastronomic demands. The downside is all the additional decision making that I’ll have to do each lunchtime.
