Never again! His isn’t Nordstrom, they don’t stand behind your purchase! No just judgement call made what so ever, bought a clutch just to realize my cell phone didn’t fit in it, all I wanted to do what exchange it! They wouldn’t!!! UNREAL!

Do not shopping here unless you want to support the torture of innocent animals. This brand sells fur from China where they have no regulations on animal treatment on fur farms! These animals are tortured and have the fur ripped out of their skin while they are still alive. Shop here if you want to support these inhumane acts on innocent animals.

I love BCBG Dress but I don’t think I will come to this store anymore. I was treated very rudely. She treated me like I am not going to buy it, so whatever. While I were thinking whether to buy, she is rushing me a couple times«so do you want it… Then I bought the dress, a couple date after, I found the exactly dress at Nordstrom Rack(100%, same brand, same style, same color…) for less than haft Price what I pay. Of Course, I cannot return to BCBG store because they have a weird return policy ever. Any Sales Items are final sales and Regular Items are 7 days return policy but only store credit. Just FYI.

When you’re charged $ 200 + for items in a store, I consider it more on the high-end. And you expect the store to have the look, the service, and the quality of a high-end store. So you can imagine the dismay when walking into the fitting room section — which is disappointingly cluttered, and seeing NO mirrors in the individual rooms and having to push the door closed with all of the energy I was saving to try clothes on(it’s a freakin’ workout!) because it’s old and doesn’t properly close. Me personally, I typically only walk OUT of a fitting room to get a better look at something I can see potential in from a further view. I didn’t have that option here. I had to walk out after each outfit change to see if I looked like a complete mess or if I looked presentable. It was embarrassing, and an inconvenience since other shoppers were sharing mirrors with me. Even more annoying were the employees — every girl that walked by used the same(trained?) line of «Oh that looks so cute/good on you!!». Really? ’cause it’s an XS and I’m a M but I’m just trying to get an idea of what it looks like so I can order it online if I liked it. LIES! So until this store has a fitting-room renovation(management please update me), I won’t be coming back here. One of the ladies — blonde(can’t remember her name) — stood out because she wrote down everything I liked so that I could keep an eye on it for sales online. ‘Cause their marked prices are not logical. So, thank you to her!

the people in this store(bellevue square) are rude and dishonest.!! I purchased two items and was told that I could return them for credit back to my visa if it was within 10 days of the purchase date, when I returned the items 3 days later they would not give me a credit to my acct, was told they only do in store credit! they had no way to refund items to a credit card! somehow they can charge your card but can’t refund… never heard of such a thing. then i was told that«I must have heard things wrong» as their corporate office does nto allwo them to credit anyones acct back, I do not plan to return to this store so i can never use the in store credt…$ was over 400 dollars. I am going to pursue with my credit card company and try to contact corporate BCBG. Don’t shop at this store unless you want a big headache! better business bureau will hear from me too.

I love the clothes there, but I will never buy anything from that store ever. I was searching for a fancy dress for a special occasion and there were three associates at the store and none of them came to offer me any help, nothing. Me and my friend were totally ignored. Soon after, other people arrived at the store and they all went to offer help to them. I could not believe it. I don’t know if they treated us that way because I look Latin and my friend is black or because we were not using any designed clothes or shoes, or because the associates are just rude and careless, but I really don’t care. You don’t judge a book buy the cover. It DOESNOT matter where we are I am from or WHAT I am using. I, and everyone in this world deserve to be treated equally. I was willing to buy a really expensive dress and actually I bought it at Nosdrstrom, where they treated us really well, as usual. Bad for them that didn’t get any commission and will never get from me. Unfortunately, I am not the only person here complaining about the same issue here. It is a shame to the store’s name and reputation that such a thing is happening over and over again.

We were treated VERY rudely by the sales associates in this store. They were very unprofessional and RACIST. My sister and I visited this store on June 28th2011 and we were completely ignored by both SA’s. While we were chatting in a different language, both of them suddenly started at us and started giggling uncontrollably. We then went into the fitting room and I asked one of the SA’s if she could grab me a different size for one of the dressed I was trying on, but the response I got was, «that was the only size we have in the store». She didn’t even check the store when I know FOR A FACT that there was another size in the rack where I got the dress from. I then stormed out of the fitting room, grabbed the correct size and informed her that there was another size, but her response was, ‘oh”. That’s all. No apology, nothing! I looked at the receipt where it said who the cashier was(Mackenzie M) so I called the store later on asking to speak with the manager, and it turned out that she was the store manager! I’m very upset with their racism and how unprofessional they were. I will NEVER shop at another BCBG Maxazria ever again.

I’ve been a long-time shopper of BCBG and have checked out their various stores in California. This one in Seattle by far has the rudest customer service I have ever experienced. When I asked about their sale, she talked to me like a child — condescending and demeaning. I asked if she had a XXS size available and she replied with«We have XXS, XS, S, M, L here» then looked away. Apparently asking for a stock check was out of the question. I would suggest BCBG fans to check out their online collection and call in to see if they have it in stock if you must have it the same day.

BCBG Max Azria is one of my favorite stores. I love their dresses! The clothes are made well, fit beautifully, and I believe they’re worth paying the high prices. This is my go-to place for cocktail dresses and any formal/evening wear. I’ve been to and purchased clothes at the Bellevue Square location for years. I haven’t been here in awhile, but I was very disappointed by my most recent visit. The service was nearly non-existent! I remember coming to this store and the sales associates would greet me. As soon as I had a dress or two, then someone would come and start a room for me. The SA would even bring me a dress they thought I might like. And of course the flattering compliments they give you when you come out to check out what you are wearing, since there are no mirrors in the dressing room. I guess those days are over. My friend and I were not greeted by a smiling SA. I had about 5 or 6 pieces of clothing and no one came by to ask if I wanted a room. My friend was nice enough to take my clothes, while I continued to look around, and ASK someone to start me a room. A SA did ask me, later on, if I wanted a room, however, that was the only interaction I got with a SA for the whole time I was there. The highlight of my visit was the HUGE sale that was going on throughout the store. 50−60% off… hell yes.

I’m not the type of girl to go into a store and try things on without the intentions of buying anything… however I do occasionally get in a mood to, and when that happens BCBG is one of the first stores I hit. When this mood happens to strike me, I like to pretend I’m wealthy, prettier than I am, sometimes I even have an accent. On this particular occasion it was pre-prom season and my friend and I were bored and desperate for fabulous dresses. BCBG doesn’t need to know there’s no way we could possibly afford the ones in their store. So we walk in there, Marc Jacobs bags in hand, and pretend we’re prom shopping. This store makes me wish I WAS wealthy, more than almost any other. Don’t know if they bought the prom story or not, but if not they sure did a good job of pretending they did. They brought us heels in our size so we could get the full effect, they checked back to see if they could get us different sizes [they had no size 0 in the one I fell in love with and actually considered buying =(]. They didn’t even care that we took goofy pictures in the mirrors and just said, «We’re going to think on it» before we skipped out. Now, if only they didn’t charge 250+ for a sundress…
