If you care about your watch, this is the only place to go. They don’t just change your battery, they inspect and clean your watch as well, and look for any problems or potential issues. Obviously deeply knowledgeable (from the conversations I overheard with other customers), Arc is thorough and meticulous in their work, and have a sincere, customer-​focused attitude. I will absolutely go back; so glad I found such a quality place to care for my watch.

Awesome service! So the store shuts at 7 n for some reason Unilocal incorrectly shows the time as 10pm (some bug that keeps reverting the error). anyhow we just tried our luck n Sam was kind enough to let us in his store way past closing at 9. n while we were waiting he showed us some really cool prototypes he was working on. you could see how passionate he was about watches! Not only did he change the batteries but corrected the water resistance of my watch with this really cool pressure gadget thingy.
Clearly these guys are perfectionists…
They do professional engravings too. so we are going to go back with a ring that our last jeweler screwed up. he said he’d call in a jeweler he knows to resize n buff it n then redo the engraving. can’t wait!

We (MAX Watches USA) came to see Sam to have him assist us with some watch warranty repairs. When we had outstayed our welcome, Sam took great care of us. He was very passionate about watches and his business. On top of his warm welcome, Sam was not pushy and was more concerned about doing the repairs correctly, without harming our product.

Stopped in this morning to get help with a bracelet adjustment on my Seiko MarineMaster. Not only was I very pleasantly surprised to find a quality place open on Sunday, I received A++ service from the gentleman there– Sam, I think (sorry, forgot to ask.)

My freebie Bulova watch that I received for enduring a 27% Mastercard interest rate was broken from the get go. I took it to a jeweler in Redmond who held it for three months, shrugged and then returned it, still broken. The guys at Arc were able to immediately assess the problem and offer a reasonable solution. After a long wait (six plus weeks) I got the watch but it STILL didn’t work the way it should. The owner leapt into repairing the botched repair on the spot. Where others failed he got it right. It took two tries and a very long wait, however it runs perfect I will buy my next watch here for sure!

Fantastic service. Very knowledgeable, professional, and fast! Prices are very reasonable, especially given their guarantee, and additional services they so, such as pressure testing my water proof watches after changing batteries etc. Would highly recommend them.

I’d been to the Northgate location several times for watch straps, battery changes, cleanings, bracelet resizing, etc, and have always had a good experience there, so today I stopped by the Bellevue location to check out the new shop. I’m glad I did — it is in a different league. Big and beautiful, with a very large and interesting collection of watches on display, including a small yet nice selection of quality preowned pieces. I was greeted by the owner, Sam, who treated me like a VIP customer, and tirelessly answered my many questions. He is obviously proud of his new store, and for good reason. I’ve been in a LOT of watch shops, and he has one of the most diverse inventories I’ve ever seen. Many of his pieces I’ve only encountered in magazines. There is a watchmaker on-​site, with quite an impressive little workshop. They’re set up to fully service any watch. I would definitely recommend Arc Watch Works to any fellow collector/​enthusiast, or the casual watch wearer/​gift-​giver, as Sam stocks very nice watches at all price points. Check them out, I think you’ll be glad you did. Bonus: free parking!

Great, friendly service and good prices. I had my watch cleaned and battery replaced, battery was $ 19.95 and the cleaning was $ 10, though I think they gave me a discount because I got both services done. The store is a lot bigger than it looks from the street. After walking in, my watch was back to me in 15 minutes. Couldn’t have asked for a better place!

Easy parking and great selection of gift ideas. Also services are fast and conveniently done on the premises.
