WOW! I was so amazed at the selection! Marjie had many dresses to choose from. With her years of experience, she was able understand what I was asking for. She found a dress that was in my budget, and that fit. Don’t go online and place an order, who knows what you will get in the mail. And don’t insist on items that are the cheapest, because that is what you will probably get. Best thing is to go into the store, and see the actual items before you order, order quality, and order through a reputable dealer, like Marjie. I was pleased with the personal attention and great customer service. A great problem solver, she came up with ideas on some of my other wedding problems. While I was there, another bride came back to pick up a dress, it had been an emergency… needed alterations«THATDAY». Marjie got it done for her!!! Highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful experience! I spent around $ 100 on my dress with my limited budget. Received it in perfect condition. The shop was quaint. The owner had a wonderful personality and sense of humor. She was hard at work each time I came into the shop, but was quick to cordially address me by name. She quickly chose dresses for me to try based on size, preference, and cost. I was getting married four hours later and she helped me choose a dress I felt was perfect for my quick courthouse wedding. I am very happy with my experience.

AWFUL experience! I spent $ 200 on a dress that came very late and with a HOLE in it! It was so poorly made that it was unrecognizable from the one I tried on in the small musty store. To say the seams were crooked would be an understatement. My seamstress said she has never seen anything so poorly made in her entire career. And by the end of the wedding, I had more holes along my seams — it was literally falling apart. The worst part was the customer service(if you can even call it that). The owner was rude and defensive and continually lied about the very small refund I received(after I had to show her a receipt that I paid to get the hole fixed — like I could even wear it without getting it fixed!) She lied about my check being in the mail and I eventually had to go in person to get my $ 10 for the hole. She took me back to her disgustingly dirty office(with empty Diet Coke cans and diapers all over the desk) and I finally got my money(although the amount she gave me back was an insult.) She never once took ownership of the poor quality of dresses we received. These awful dresses and terrible experience is unfortunately the first thing I remember about my friend’s wedding and I’m sad that her pictures from her special day will always be a reminder of this awful ordeal. All of the other bridesmaids had similar(or even worse) experiences. One of the girls had to start from scratch and pay to have a completely new dress made just weeks from the wedding. I like to support small, locally-owned businesses because you usually get great service and unique products but you will not find that here!
