One of the most unreliable internet providers I have ever had. I wish I had options but in my case I don’t have a whole lot. Was going to check into other options so if anyone has any ideas please let me know. Have been using for over two years. Services slowed down all the time. Frequently it just stops working for minutes if your lucky because mostly it stops working for hours at a time. Customer service is fair but it cannot compensate for the notoriously unreliable internet service that sometimes May or may not be provided. Look elsewhere this is a waste of money. And please let me know if you have a reliable alternative. Maybe all wireless internet is bad. But I don’t think so.
