Paradise Nails

I went there a couple of times. The cleanliness of the place was decent. I loved going there because I thought there pedicures were awesome. They give u a massage with the heated stones. I really loved that.
I always felt that they did not have a lot of colors. For Gels but, I always found something. Choices weren’t to many. I didn’t mind the girls who did the pedicures, but i always felt like the 2 owners who are the ones that do the nails are very impersonal. Very serious and no character. One time I went in and mentioned to them that my nails chipped right away and I almost felt that as a paying customer they would apologize and offer at least a free nail design on even just one nail. The minimal would probably had made a difference. She never apologized, she just rolled her eyes and almost as if she had been offended by what I said. Listen, take the criticism. Helps you grow better as a business. Every time I sat in their chairs I would be so bored because they never really engaged in conversation.
Like I mentioned earlier it would make a difference had they had more colors and smiled a little or talked a little.
