RAWR!!! thats how i feel about Hardees country fried steak biscuit… um have you had it?! no!!! GO… NOW!!! well. nix that, go! tomorrow in the AM… (when they serve breakfast)…
I hate to say but seriously, I have REALLYYYYYYY been trying to watch my weight lately, but daggnabbit Hardees breakfast is my weekness — - and those savory little cinnamon raisin biscuits… woo eeee…
That recipe hasnt changed in years, and thank goodness, bc i LOVE those biscuits!!!
Everything is always so freakin’ delicious at Hardees–
and if you’ve never had their chicken strips, behind Jack in the Box they are by far the best chicken strips in the fast food world…

Do I have an experience to write about! This place tops all the fast food places I have had ever! Let me begin by saying that I love fast food restaurants and Hardees rate high among many. However, this one incident gave has given me second thoughts of ever going back, at least to this location on east end. So we go in and ordered the favorite and so delicious bourbon burger combo. We are handed the number and proceed to have a seat. Waiting for a few minutes, the food is delivered to our table pleasantly. Wow! Does my burger look flat but not to waste time on taking a bite, I dove right in. My friend is still playing around with the fries and had not noticed the burger just yet. I, on the other hand, stopped and developed that look on the face of disgust. You know the face when a baby is given a sour taste! To my surprise as I look to investigate, there was no meat. NO MEAT People!!! Now to other fast food, like White Castle or McD’s, this would not be a big surprise since their meat are small enough to not notice. But, to Hardees where they advertise 1 pound burger meat. Come on!!! Skip the lettuce or tomato or even sauce, but the meat! It was laughable if not upsetting. I go to the counter and present the undesirable. She was just as shocked as we were. Come to find out! They had a new person in training making the food. The trainer made this clear by pointing the finger and not blaming himself. LOL! So typical! The lady at the counter gets them to make new ones and even said, «How do you forget the meat?» They brought out the new meal. It was as good as we have had in the past. I just had to laugh at the experience. All the workers were young people and, yes, we are all human. But, in a work environment that aims for satisfied customers, one must put on the thinking cap and attention to details.
