The Dr. is great but the staff is totally inept at billing. Beware and do not believe anything they say in regards to what you will be responsible for cost-​wise. They billed me $ 1,000 for non-​covered services for fillings when they place resin fillings in my back teeth and the insurance company denied it because they do not cover resin in back teeth. Apparently this is common with insurance companies so this seems intentional to me and very shady not to bring it up or even give me the choice of filling type. I had multiple appointments and asked about billing often only to be brushed off and billed $ 1,000 later. «Sorry but your claims were denied and you are responsible for $ 160 per filling». I asked how does this happen? «We can’t know all insurance». How about the subsequence appointments? «We’re not responsible for your coverage». They were very uninterested in my questions and seems to be bothered by me. Absolutely terrible and dishonest.

Dr. Berman gets the job done but doesn’t overcharge you or perform unnecessary procedures. I trust this dentist. He also donates his time and skills to worthy causes like Hurricane Katrina.

Not impressed. I was a new patient and the dental hygienist and dentist did not introduce themselves. Hygienist was vey rough and never asked how I was doing. I’m looking for a new dentist.

Outstanding dentist and well run office. Dr. Berman is the BEST. They don’t over-​book so I have NEVER had a long wait time. Incredibly friendly and efficient staff. Accepts most insurance.
