Fantastic Sam’s

Destroyed my beautiful healthy long hair. I went in and very specifically told them what I wanted dark blonde with light blonde highlights. Blonde to the roots in the front. I showed a picture and was told they could do it. They may not be able to get it quite that light but close. Instead I left looking like a calico cat. Blotchy orange and dark roots. I went back an hour later and told her I couldn’t walk around like that. That I could’ve turned my hair orange at home. She said she could fix it in a week or 2 but I’d have to pay for it to be fixed. The next day I went in to talk to a manager and she said she’d have someone fix it then. I left with my hair less orange but still very calico and dark roots. My hair has always been healthy and long. Now it’s frizzy and broken. When I spoke with the general manager she basically called me a liar and said that it’s impossible to go blonde from my color even though my sister and daughter both got theirs done without ending up orange. She then told me my hair was destroyed from box dye in my past even though it had never been destroyed and I only use demi permanent zero ammonia hair dye. Never styling products or heat. Always natural minus moisturizing masks and serums. Now I’m stuck with extreme breakage and frizz! She’s rude and verbally abusive to customers. Stay away!

Horrible service!!! I got my hair cut the 4^th and had to come back a week later because they completely messed up the style I was going for, when I came back they cut more of my hair off and it’s shorter than I wanted and also it’s still not the style I wanted! I’m so disappointed with this place! Talking to a manager soon because I just want my money back their is nothing they can do to make my hair any better because they already chopped all of my hair off twice. I DONT NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!

I love this place! I’ve been a regular for years. It’s a very well-​managed place and I always get good, quick cuts here. I still come to this location even after moving a little farther away.

First you’re welcomed by the receptionist at the door with an attitude. She doesn’t smile, and talks to you with an attitude, her name is Samantha. And then my hairstylist, Alex I believe her name was, was very rude about my hair. She asked if I dye it myself and I said yes and she said she could tell. Then proceeded to say how dead my hair is and basically how terrible it looked. She asked what shampoo I use and I told her head and shoulders and she tore me a new one for that too. Saying it’s not meant for dry scalp and it’s only meant for dandruff and so on and so on. Although it says on te bottle for dry scalp. In the end, I liked my hair cut. But I didn’t like the service. I wouldn’t recommend fantastics sams.

I selected this location for due to a new stylist, Ms Kayleigh. My family followed her from another location, and we are very excited because this location is much closer. Kayleigh does a great job with two squirming twins including one that likes to accuse her of attempting to cut his ear off.
On the side Kayleigh is proficient in men’s cuts ranging from mohaws to a hipster part. It is also rare to find a stylist that is skilled and confident enough to do beard trimmings.

After trying to get my eyebrows done at two other salon locations, I decided to stop in here on the way to my cousins house. The staff here are all very friendly, and even with a few other customers ahead of me, I was in and out within 10 – 15 minutes. They have a less painful method of waxing, and they offered me a few different options for waxing as well. They are also one of the less expensive locations to have waxing done. I only wish I lived closer so this could be my regular waxing stop :)
