Dirty Laundry

I started going to this laundry about a few months ago and this is my new place! The staff is very friendly and always willing to help whenever needed.

Cool place I when and have my laundry down pack on no time clean and a nice workers. Easy to work on your dirty laundry.

Recently stopped by and this place was extremely busy. So my impatience caused me to utilize their drop-​off service. I went in and was helped by a woman I had never seen before. She was kind yet quick. She asked my name and phone number and confirmed the weight of my clothes with me as to advise me that there is no fishy stuff going on when clothes are weighted.
I dropped off around 11am, asked if I could pay during pick-​up and what time it would be ready. She advised it was okay to pay after my laundry was done but that she had multiple loads so it might take a while. Nonetheless, I understood and left my clothes in her care.
Within 30 minutes of drop-​off, I received a phone call from this woman. She let me know that she sorted through all my clothes and that she came across a few items that were dry-​clean and hand-​wash only. Imagine my surprise, someone who actually cared about my clothes who isn’t me! She asked me how I wanted to proceed. I told her it was fine to put the dry clean only aside and to wash the hand-​wash only in a delicate cycle (something she told me she would be willing to do). I asked if there was any additional charge and there was none.
I received a phone call for pick-​up around 4pm. I was greeted by the woman and at that time I asked for her name. Her name was Margaret and she told me she was the owner. I thanked her for her services.
Five stars for excellent customer service. I appreciated the phone call and concern for my clothes. She did separate the hand-​wash/​lay flat to dry clothes in a separate bag and they were wet when I went to pick-​up. No big deal, I would have done the same and hung them up around my house to dry. Thirty-​three pounds of clothes and $ 30 later, I was very happy with this establishment.

I first came here when they first opened and they had a grand opening deal going on all the washers were $ 2.00 less so the small ones which normally are $ 2.25 were $.25 at the time… crazy! The owner was always there in the beginning he even introduced himself to me, my boyfriend and his mother and gave us free laundry bags. He was very nice and helpful. As time passed this place has definitely gotten busier and it’s still really nice and clean. I definitely like the fact that they take cards, they have a bill change machine and they sell detergents just incase you run out. Although there’s a family dollar in the same complex. They also have vending machines if you want a snack or drinks. And recently today I noticed they added a coffee machine. They have plenty of TVs all around the facility. Games in the back and more folding tables and chairs to sit if the ones in the front are taken. They have two bathrooms which are pretty big and clean. You do have to get a card in order to use the machines and they are $ 1
Parking sometimes it’s a pain because there is a Popeyes and other stores around. The only reason why I’m giving this facility 4 stars it’s because it clearly states that it’s last wash it’s 12am me and my boyfriend came here one time before around 11:10pm and once we walked in the guy who was moping the floor told us they were close and we had to leave because he was already cleaning. We were hoping the owner was there instead at this moment because it wasn’t even 11:30pm we began to tried to tell him it would only take us about 45minutes and he refused. We were pretty upset since my bf lives literally right there and we were fooled thinking their last wash was at 12am since that’s what it says. Smh
