Went to Burger at 2170 Rawsonville Rd, Belleville, MI48111. I went through drive-thru Sept 10, 2015. I was pleasantly surprised when the cashier spoke to us very kindly. Once we arrived at the window, we noticed she was very professional. She took our order and we received everything we ordered including our condiments. This was our first time attending this Burger King. However, we have a new business in that area and will relate to our employees to use this restaurant. Special thanks to the nice lady at the window!

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience at this location, to the point I filed a complaint with their headquarters. They sent me a coupon for one free burger and I tossed that out. I had gone in around 8pm and I was the only customer inside. There was one, very angry, cussing employee running the counter and drive through and one lady making all the food. This was around 8pm on a week night. The cussing employee kept throwing her headphones on the counter and swearing and the cook kept trying to calm her down. I was treated very rudely as though I was an annoyance for walking in the door. Never, ever again. They remodeled this location, but hope they remodeled the employee’s too.

Well I came to this Burger King to get a vanilla cone that they advertise in flashing red strobe lights(sure you’ve seen them) on the menu, so I order it and… I pull around to the window and i see this guy(he worked there) hanging his torso out the damn window hanging and waving the cone around and when i pulled up i acknowledged that the cone looked like a weiner(not the hot dog either… yeaaaa). I then pulled away and had to dip down in my car to eat it… and… Thats all i have to say :) good food though!

Visited there last night as a result of coupons received. While I love the foods flavor, I was less impressed with«Cat». After a manager had taken my order, she followed up with taking my money… she did not smile, say thank you or kma… not a positive experience for what I thought were new employees. Note to Cat… a smile and manners go along way!

I can’t believe how rudely I was treated here. I was asking about a pricing discrepancy between the last time I’d been there and this time and this little brat(who I wasn’t talking to) pipes up and says«WHAT’S HERPROBLEM!!!» I explained to her that the employees need to be consistent about pricing and whether or not they allow certain items to come in a «meal» form. Extremely rudely, she launched into some explanation about how corporate controls everything. I reiterated that the employees need to be consistent and that I will go ahead and contact corporate about her rudeness. I added that she should check her attitude because it’s not my fault she works at Buger King.

Ok, it’s burger king. So what do you expect, right? The thing I love about this bk is the staff, they are all super friendly and helpful. The management leaves a lot to be desired but the staff are awesome. Just as an example, I have a hearing impairment and often pull up to the take out window to order rather than using the speaker outside. The girl working the register leaned out the window and signed, yes, signed«welcome to burger king, may I take your order?». She also made sure I could see her mouth the whole time so I could read her lips. How awesome is that?

I had been drinking… heavily. That’s what I would tell them. When they asked me. Yes, I had been drinking. Even though I had never imbibed a liquorous beverage in the whole of my existence, on that night, I decided to drink an entire case of Old Crow and then stumble over to the Burger King. I ordered the first thing I saw, ate it, and then wrote a 5 star review of it on Unilocal. Then I proceeded to throw up all over myself and fall asleep in the bathtub. It’s really the only explanation, right? I mean… it’s Burger King. BURGER… KING… There are like a million of them. They have a scary, big-headed plastic monarch as their mascot. He knocks people down and gives them cheap hamburgers on TV. 5 Stars? They should have NEGATIVE stars for this place. But what if something… different happened? What if something… UNEXPECTED occurred? What if, and bear with me a moment… WHATIF… Burger King sold ribs? Yes, ribs. Like the kind that actually come from a pig. Not a formed patty that looks like ribs. Not pork flavored chicken fingers. RIBS. REALRIBS. With the bones in them and everything. And what if… just humor me for a second… STOPLAUGHING! What if these ribs were meaty? What if they smelled incredible? What if they were soft to the point of ALMOST falling off the bone but still had enough substance that you had to tear them off slowly and gently with your teeth? What if they had not a stitch of gristle on them? What if they were perfectly cooked over a flame and had just the right amount of char on them? What if the ribs had an almost perfect meat to bone ratio of 50⁄50? What if you ate six of them so fast that you had to do a double take at the perfectly clean rib bones laying in the paper container they came in? What if the mediocre Burger King BarBQ sauce simply felt like an afterthought to the actual meat? What if these ribs… were REALLYGOOD? Would YOU have the courage to give Burger King five stars? I gave 5 stars to a taco stand inside a gas station! WHY? Not because Janelle told me to, but because the food was so far above what I expected, I simply HAD to grace them with the highest of Unilocal honors. And strangely enough… the same thing has happened with our lowly Burger King. I saw the commercial, my curiosity got the best of me, and I was rewarded handsomely for daring to dream of GOOD ribs from a fast food place. My hat’s off to you King. You have stunned me…
