We found this inn while looking for weekend lodging while attending a State College football game. What a hidden gem! The owners, Cheryl and Ed, are accommodating and gracious hosts. The inn is a completely renovated post Civil War era mansion. Just a few rooms here — which makes the stay that much more intimate.
The inn and winery are surrounded by farmland and the rolling hills of PA. Can’t wait to return.

I was very impressed by this small — family operated business. I tasted the majority of their spring/summer wine selection and was very impressed. I feel that the sweet, semi-sweet, and dry wines were superb. I would recommend this small winery to anyone in the Central Pennsylvania region.
P. S. Try the Shawnee Red Wine… It is to die for!
