Bad bad customer service. Very outdated register systems. … My bad experience was that I got moved 5x to check out with one item. I also had my 2 yr old with me who was very good but by the end wanted to get down and leave… I did too lol. The computer wasn’t working, there was little communication or help for the confused employees Bc the bad attitude manager(prob over worked so I understand) was at a register instead of managing the floor. So Bc of these mistakes, I was moved around and thoroughly confused as to why I couldn’t just check out already. Also, The questions they ask via computer etc. just to purchase an item is ridiculous. This store needs pull it together as well as Kmart altogether needs a huge revamping– redo lighting, looks, managing protocols, etc. its way out dated in many ways. However, The reason I put 2 instead of one is Bc I do like some of the deals they have.
