Going here was a real nostalgia trip, I realized immediately that the owners were formerly of Bella Maria Pizzeria in Floral Park, where I used to go almost every week to gain back the calories burned from karate class.(Ironically, these guys moved their business into Queens, and Bayside’s VIPizza moved into their old spot on Covert.) The pizza is just as good as I remember it, definitely the best in Floral Park/Bellerose. Unfortunately I didn’t see the eggplant panini’s I used to love ordering, but I went in at the end of the night.

Delicious! I got a pasta dinner special…$ 9 for a Cesar salad, Rigatoni alla vodka dinner, and a soda. They have some of the best vodka sauce I’ve ever tasted, and that’s my favorite food. Cheap and delicious food is hard to find now a days. It’s only a mon-thurs deal but that’s fair. It doesn’t look like anything great on the outside considering its location, but you have to give it a try, it’s definitely worth it.
