Went there yesterday to redeem a gift certificate that was given to me and also expired that same day. The person at the front desk was on a personal phone call that he would not end to speak to me. Told me he had a customer on her way and could not help me. I asked if he would honor my gift certificate tomorrow and I could make an appointment. He said that the gift certificate was no good and accused me of altering the date! Will never ever return to this place. Customer service is not in their vocabulary.
