Went here on a Sunday for a quick bite as I was going through this area. I ordered:
Krissy Burger– great burger, the patty was cooked perfectly, and the bacon was top notch. I also really like the buns they use as well! Decent beer selection I suppose for the area.
The service was somewhat slow and took even longer for food but it seemed like there were only 2 people working at the time…
Great burgers/​slow service balances this place out.

If you are looking for a sports bar with great food, good people, and speedy bar service, this is the place for you! The menu is pretty standard for a bar and grill, and very affordable. The drinks are usually on the strong side, but that’s not a bad thing. The staff are attentive, but don’t expect an over friendly smile with an obnoxious cheery disposition; the folks here are casual and no nonsense.
Johann’s offers darts, live music, and a screened in patio outback, as well as multiple TVs for sports fans. It’s seat yourself, and free popcorn! I’ve been back several times. Yum!

This place is awesome! My family stopped in on our apple picking day, and it was a great pick! The atmosphere is a little dark and depressing for lunch, but oh well.
The appetizers is a very comprehensive list of deep fried foods, so if you missed anything at the state fair, you’re sure to be satisfied here. We had the deep friend mushrooms, which were fantastic. There were a lot of really great burger and sandwich choices. The buffalo chicken sandwich was a hit with me. Also, the fancy fries (I forget what they are called) were super good! Probably my favorite part of the meal.
It seems like a good place to watch a Vikings game, if you’re into that.

We went as part of a bike run and WOW!!! First off, the place is adorable (ok, not a typical bar comment) but seriously, the owner has done an amazing job with decorating. And its CLEAN! Like really clean! We decided to have lunch, good decision. Get the soup. Whatever it is, get it. We had the chicken cordon blue soup, awesome, the homemade croutons were the bomb. Chili cheese fries, again, incredible! Loved the chili, will come back just to have a bowl of that! Bartender Joe was great too! Highly recommend! Oh!!! Patio! Dont miss it!

Fine place to come enjoy the weekends in Belle Plaine. Always some weekend entertainment going on whether its a band or a DJ. Staff is quick on its feet, the drinks are great and well priced. Always worth a stop when you’re in town

The place seems to have great service and good home town fun. The drinks are strong and the entertainment appears to be jumping. There was a live band playing when we stopped by and everyone was having a good time. There’s a pole on the dance floor too for more interesting people watching!
The bartenders get your drinks fast and are personable. Stop on through if you’re in the area and have a brew or a drink-You’ll have a good time!
