IAN Cleaning Services

Is anyone else having trouble getting Ian to respond to phone calls, emails or texts?

Don’t waste your money. They don’t keep appointments and have TERRIBLE customer service. I wish I would have read reviews on this company before purchasing the daily deal. WHAT A WASTE!

I have been using them for a few months and so far so good. No problems like others.

We have many options available for you that don’t involve such personally harmful statements. Most of our staff are highly educated. Sometimes being strongly confronted provokes fear. Our office is fully bilingual, extremely educated and could have helped you. You took a nice, caring person and took your anger out on him.
I am sorry for your travails with our company because we do care. I do litigate, but don’t like to. Slander and hate crimes are not small things in the inner loop. Rusty Hardin and Dick deGuerrin do have time for small cases for friends.»

No one mentioned racism or hate crimes only addressed the poor service that was delivered. By the way, I have known Rusty Hardin and Dick and Mike DeGuerrin personally for many many years. I know they would not appreciate you throwing their names around in an effort to intimediate. Your response to my review clearly indicates that you have issues.

I was pleasantly surprised with the cleaning. The team actually showed up early which is a bonus in my book. They were fast and efficient. Much better than the previous cleaners we had. They got up a lot of residual dirt on our carpet that other had missed. We will definitely be calling again soon
