The food here tastes pretty good… at least what Ive tasted so far. Ive had their breakfast sandwhiches and burger. I cant stress how I love a clean establishment along with a drive thru option and Debit/Credit Card option. I always love these type of businesses. Anyway they can be pretty pricey so make sure you have funds. lol

I live around the corner from this place and have ate here a few times a few years ago but they have a new owner so why not give it a shot. Well biggest mistake ever I placed a phone order for breakfast on Mother’s Day. Girl who answered had to repeat my order 3 times to her seem like she couldn’t take a simple order which was 3 sausage breakfast 2 with sunny side up eggs. And a bacon sausage egg burrito so onions no peppers just that. She says 20min my husband goes to pick up the order pays and order hadn’t even been started on so he waits 30 min for the food gets home and no sunny side eggs his burrito had everything I said I didn’t want in it 1 on my sausage breakfast was missing 2 sausages, hash browns where all raw not fully cooked taste gross. I called to tell them and all they said was you can come back and I can make you a new burrito?? who wants to waste another hour of there time going back to this place. My husband said all the female workers that where there seem lost in LALALAND. Maybe this new owner should look into better employees and have better customer service I will not be returning or spending my money on this garbage place ever again…

Ok I so wasn’t going to write a review on this place but after my expierence here it was to comical not to. I work down the street from this place so I pass by and see it Monday-Friday. I of course Unilocaled before coming and didn’t want to eat here but I was with a peer and he loves this place so we came here anyways. Its a pretty big place with plenty of seating and a huge menu to choose from. Country music was on the radio which I thought was rather interesting. I ordered what intrigued me instantly. Hamburger patty(whaaaaaaa?!), eggs, hash browns, toast and a orange juice. We sat down in a roomy corner booth and waited for our meal. The food was served rather quickly(about 5min) and as soon as the food hit the table It was like the flies new exactly where my food was! They buzzed around insencently Over my food and it pretty much grossed me out. The food was super bland #salt2015 altogether but before we go there in the adventure I of course noticed my fork had left over deposits from its previous user so I kindly asked for another which the waitress happily brought me. Unfortunately the second was just as bad as the first! Embarrassed for them I decided to order water and clean the fork as best as I could and keep on rolling. Eggs were just ok tasted kind of weird? Maybe from a carton(store purchased) the hash browns were burnt on the outside and cold on the inside. The hamburger patties were chewy almost like low quality burger patties used and boy were they Dry dry dry! And $ 10 bucks? Ha! Negative! The stars were really for the servers that worked there that were very nice and helpful to the situation I had. Sadly I wouldn’t come back even if it was free and it pains me to write a review like this however I hope it helps my fellow Unilocalers out in this area looking for food. Please keep on driving!

Great menu, food was a little above average, but the service was awful. We were forced to get up twice to let the girl know they had forgotten some items we ordered. After ordering our food, the girl that attended us came out to the dining area and began to mop around the eating guests with bleach… not a very pleasant smell with my food.

I’m the kind of person that frequents a place for specific items on the menu. In the case of Tom’s #14 I really enjoy getting their 50⁄50 burger with swiss cheese. I usually get that with an order of their excellent fried zucchini. The place is clean and service is friendly! I also enjoy getting their steak and eggs for breakfast, the hash browns are golden brown and buttery. I wouldn’t recommend the chili dogs though. The chili is not up to snuff and the pastrami sandwiches are hit and miss and lately more of miss. But that’s too be expected in little diners like this. Over all Tom’s is heading in the right direction now that it’s under new management.

This place is absolutely some Fire Ive had the Chesse Burger & Chicken Nuggets From here and words cannot explain how Impeccably delectable theyre burgers are ide say this burgers would fall possibly second place after in n out burgers The restaurant itself is nice ‚ Well kept, fair service Friendly people go eat there for the most part Definitely going again soon

Great place. The burger I had was one of the best around this area. i have only tried the bacon cheese burger but i would definitely come back and try other food in the menu.

I really enjoy my time when I stop by here at Tom’s #14. The atmosphere is really welcoming and the employees seem to be really nice and attentive. It’s nice to receive the attention you deserve as a customer in a business. In this neighborhood, excellent customer service and appreciation is hard to find and this place does an excellent job doing just that. A needle in a haystack, Melissa, who just started, has an amazing attitude –She’s A Keeper For Any Organization– and in my professional opinion, she belongs in the face of customers in any atmosphere. I would recommend a Public Relations degree for her, but that’s just me since I strongly feel that’s where she’d excel. Additionally, I think if they allowed the WiFi to be available to their patrons, they would be able to retain and draw in more clientele and create more revenue. More revenue would allow them to give better raises to their more productive and effective employees, and possibly pay more to retain great employees like Melissa. I was doing my homework in there on my laptop and I couldn’t do any online research for my Human Resources Management class. I was really impressed with the attention to detail that certain employees had. I really like the fact that they play Country music too. If you close your eyes while you’re sitting there, it really calms you down after coming in from the loud city environment.

Even though the restaurant is revamped they still have a lot of work to do. The cashier/waitress are very slow and not knowledgeable about their menu. They need to be trained on customer service as well. While I was ordering another customer came to complain about his order. The cashier became frazzled and nervous and could not concentrate on what she was doing, we had to tell her to calm down and concentrate. I ordered a carne asada burrito and an order of fries. The burrito was mainly beans and was not good. The fries did not even fill the fry bag there were probably 15 French fries in the bag, at $ 2.39 an order I would expect for the fries to fill the fry bag they are stuffed in. I was very disappointed. Tom needs to pay Jim’s and Tams a visit and learn how to run things.

I’ve been coming to this restaurant since I was a kid and it still hosts the tastiest burgers I’ve ever had. The staff are very friendly and always check if you’re doing OK. They’ve redesigned the inside so it looks a lot nicer. For burgers it’s a no brainer for me.

I had the worst experience at Tom’s. The restaurant has redesigned signs and the interior looks like its been upgraded. Though the quality of their aesthetics has improved, their customer service and food quality are a joke. I order 3 — #2 Breakfast Special’s(eggs, toast and hashbrowns). I take a look at their kitchen area and see that they cook a generous serving amount of hashbrowns. I request that my order be cooked«crispy». Of course I was too expect a delay(because of my special request). Some time goes by and I ask the cashier if my order is almost ready. He said yes«it’s just that it takes time to get the hashbrowns crispy». That makes sense I will wait some more. Some time later, a girl brings my order out. Obviously, my wait time led me to believe that my order was completed as expected. I arrive home and look at the clock. I spent 40 minutes waiting for my order! That’s not the biggest surprise, I open the food container ready to enjoy some crispy hashbrowns, only to find that they gave me no such thing. The hashbrowns were soggy, soft, cooked on the top layer and almost mashed potato-like in the center. I mean c’mon! It doesn’t bother me that I didn’t get the order the way I wanted it. What upset me is that the wait time does not reflect the food quality. I advise you to never visit this establishment. It’s a joke, save your money and go somewhere else. I’d settle for McDonald’s(next door to the restaurant) before I return to Tom’s. You have been warned.
