I’m so disappointed, every time u walk in for any service pedicure or manicure Connie is always rushed and turnes down walk in not good at all, sometimes is so difficult to make appointment never going back bad customer service. Very rude. Connie should be more considered with her customers. I’m no longer one of them. Horrible.

If I could give this establishment a zero star I would! Been here three times and the first two times it was «ok» service. But this last trip did it for me. Never again.
I’m getting my nails done for my bday. Simple gel manicure and pedicure. One design and the design lady couldn’t do it. It was pink and white strips with one flower. That’s it! Showed her a picture too! I gave up after a few attempts. So no design:(and she even left polish residue on my painted nail from trying to paint the design and I had to ask for it to be cleaned! Really!
And they cut me:(I was bleeding and my toes do not match my nails:/ I might just have to get them done tomorrow else where. I’m completely dissatisfied.

Never again! The girl that did my nails did a horrible job! She kept blaming my 4yr old for messing up my kid was no where near the table! I didn’t let her finish. .i can’t believe I actually paid!

This was a really disappointing visit. To begin the salon is not the cleanest one I’ve ever visited. They are not too friendly either and seemed rushed through the whole thing.
They rubbed my legs for less than 1 minute total which is a major letdown for me in a pedicure.
She did an ok job but really rushed the polishing.

I would highly suggest Tom to do your acrylics. He does a great job. The other ladies working there do good work for the mani and pedis. This place does plenty of different designs from regular florals to 3D designs and airbrush too. They also have colored tips or predesigned tips for the acrylics. Basically a little bit of everything. If you’re on a budget and need to get your nails done or waxing done, then this is the place to go.
