Horrible customer service. Wouldn’t let me borrow the store phone because it allegedly only dials«323» and«562» numbers. I asked Tania to help with the insurance claim online and said«you could do it on the phone» she gave me the phone and dialed the insurance company which was a «866» area code. I asked if she could do it online and said«we don’t do that. «I did the insurance claim and asked for a temporary phone, she said she didn’t have any. I asked if she can can call a corporate store to see if they had any, her reply was«we are not allowed to call corporate stores.» What a load! I work for MetroPCS I am a t-mobile employee and I’m very disappointed with the service I was given by that representative.
