The food is exactly the same as any other Subway so I got exactly what I wanted. The lady working the counter seems disillusioned with life, so much so that she was rather uncomfortable to deal with. I get it, I hate life too but all I ask is that you slide my sandwich over to my end of the counter before walking away from the register. The world can beat us down if we let it and when we don’t do each other solids, it’s practically unbearable.

I have to agree with that last two ladies that commented on this recently about the customer service at this location. Someone who is in charge really needs to come come to this location and train their employees on how to treat customers. One of the employees who is a short Hispanic lady with highlights was extremely rude, i had asked last min for extra mayo and she gave me the most pissed off face and she literally splattered a ton of mayo on purpose on my sandwich, at this point i really wanted to tell her off, but i’m not going to give a negative person a taste of their own medicine. I will definitely not be coming back to this location ever again.

I just left that place and I was helped by the same lady Cynthia mentioned. At least sounds like her, she has highlights, looks Hispanic and was wearing her name tag on her visor. I had ordered my sub and asked for everything on it except olives and spinach, I ended up changing my mind and asked for spinach and she responded with«I thought you didn’t want spinach» ok? I believe I pay for their help in making my sub. I never had a problem with that place until she helped me.

This was my favorite spot until some Paisa lady(not pointing fingers) started working here… I asked for avocado on the 6 inch and she barely put any on top .I’m paying 75 cents for it at least put enough to cover the entire 6 inch sandwich! I asked to put a little more and she told the lady at the register to charge me twice(in Spanish cuz I look white, btw) so I paid 1.50 for avocado on a 6inch… the guys are cool but that lady was stingy with the avocado man. Not coming here any time soon, well at least when she’s not there!

Line is literally out the door at 11:55am. Obviously they need to do better. Staff up for lunch crowd. This is unacceptable! The tea has no top! That’s unsanitary!

Was Flatizza removed from Subway? I stopped by 2 Subways before this one and the didn’t have Flatizzas! This location is kind of hidden but so far is the cleanest I have visited. Coffee was fresh and of course, there no charge for refills. Flatizza was well made, I like to add spinach and jalapeños. Please don’t remove Flatizza from your menu, it is the perfect snack for me, not too big, not too small.

Customer service is very blah, out of 4 managers there’s only one sweet manager who actually cares about customer service, there’s a tall employee who limps who think he owns the place, he is greedy, and is a queen about everything. Very ANNOYINGAVOIDTHISSUBWAYANDHEADTOSUBWAYONFLORENCEANDEASTERN…

Employees here are really fast and the dining room is always very clean. Had a nice breakfast. Seattle’s best coffee is pretty good and love that flatbread in the morning. Plenty of parking in the morning.

I’ve been to my fair share of Subways and I know that as soon as someone walks in through that door they are rapidly greeted… I don’t expect to be greeted all the time but I do expect some type of acknowledgement and good service. My cousin and I went for the Giants vs. Packers half time, we were the only ones in the restaurant when we showed up, which to me would make sense to be in and out of the place, but the employees took a while to acknowledge us and even take our order. We were back at my apartment half way through 3rd quarter, mind you this place is right across the street from where I live. Not only did they take a while on our order but also missed the beginning of 3rd quarter, not cool! Not very professional. The food was good, my only problem was the customer service.

Consistent with most other Subways. Not great but not bad. This location can get busy around lunch since there are not too many places lunch spots in the industrial part of Bell Gardens.

In my honest opinion, I dislike this particular location. The only reason I frequent this location in particular is because of its proximity to my workplace. Yes, Subway is a great place to get a good meal which is healthy, delicious, and filling. However, my concerns are not with the food, but the service of this location. Walked in and ordered a sandwich on flatbread once. The guy making my sandwich took a broken piece of flatbread out and proceeded to make my sandwich as if nothing was wrong. I looked at the flatbread, then back at the guy. «Isn’t that flatbread broken?» I asked. «Yes.» He answered quite quickly, and continued to make my sandwich. Realizing this guy didn’t realize that making a sandwich with a broken piece of flatbread was unacceptable, I kindly asked for a new piece of flatbread. Thank goodness they make the sandwiches right in front of you. But what would make one think they can offer a customer a broken piece like that is beyond me. Other encounters with the staff here has left me with a sour feeling about this place. I understand that it may be a bad day for you or you just don’t like your job. However, that doesn’t mean you should take it out on my sandwich. If I ask for a turkey bacon sandwich with avocado, yes, I expect there to be avocado in my sandwich. If I order a sandwich that needs the meat to be warm, I don’t want to bite into a cold sandwich. And please don’t attempt to reheat my now cold sandwich with all the lettuce and tomatoes in it either. So many other«durr-durr» moments that I COULD share, but I feel these explain the gist of this location. Service is a bit slower than what I am used to at other Subways. The toaster may be a little defective because my toasted subs always tend to be a little too crispy. But alas, as I mentioned before, it’s the closest one to my workplace.
