My fiancée and I went here and ordered the big dinner box. I ordered one pizza with spinach and they threw it on top when the pizza was done cooking. The chicken was still red when we bit into it. Seems like they have no experience cooking there. I tried calling but no one answered.

Bought some Jim beam wings … OMG I almost threw up!!! as soon as you open the container the smell of liquor hits you smells disgusting and strong. I still tried the wings to make sure. It was so bad I tried giving them to my dog and not even my dog ate them. The pizza i also bought was a pepperoni pizza and the cheese Taste like imitation cheese.

Third time ordering pizza here and I think they must not be wearing hairnets because every single time I’ve had to PULL A HAIR OUT OF MY MOUTH. I keep thinking «Oh, well maybe it won’t happen this time.» Whoever has long brown hair, you’re disgusting. And I ordered a pizza with only veggies and I found sausage in my pizza. Seriously repulsive location. I want to vomit just thinking about it.

A girl name ANA Was taking my order out of all of them she’s the rudest giving me attitude while I was ordering and everything being disrespectful. If you guys want really good service ask for JEFFREY Guzman he’s the man for the job in taking ur orders and making it as well he’s was being respectful he even apologize for his coworker for being rude and everything…

I ordered pizza here and get a call saying that they are out of a topping I choose. So I was asked if I wanted to change my order. I get my pizza and it’s not what I ordered and was charged an extra topping. I call and was told I would get store credit since my pizza was wrong. So today I called 9 days later and was told that I have no credit and that I would only get 20% off… Wow I like how management lied to me from this store.

Slowest pizza delivery out there it takes an hour sometimes to get my pizza I live 10min away, so I decide carry out is the way to go and when I get there there is a screen that has my name on with the time my pizza will be ready, almost 20 min later a get my pizza. What the fuck!!! This is the last time I’m ever coming to this pizza Hut. You guys suck!!!

They always mess up my order. Once our pizza was super late and burned. They didn’t even give me credit for The next meal though I believe they should have Because I paid for that 50 minutes late, burnt meal. The driver didn’t even give us our pizza, he delivered us someone else’s meal and had to come back for it! I mean, I know it’s late, the end of your shift, but do you really have to do a half fast Job and burn our pizza, leave a Topping out and burn our Parmesan bites and deliver us a crappy looking meal? Don’t like ordering from this Pizza Hut.

Worst service ever! Manager Erik was not helpful at all simply called to say their out of dough. It’s so sad they go out of their way to lie simply because they don’t want to honor an online coupon. They should close this place down and put a Domino’s. Even Lil Caesars gives better service.

I just got a pizza about a 30 minutes before they were closed. And not only did I get terrible service but the guy there said they closed at 1030 not 11 like the website. He then put me on hold for 10 minutes and when we ordered the pizza e just said thank you and bye. Didn’t even tell me the price. When I got there I had to wait outside for 5 minutes because the door was locked. he was very rushed and had someone not wearing a Pizza Hut uniform in the back just sitting there texting. When I got home and picked up my first slice it was rock hard. The crust was like eating chips and I’m not exaggerating. Exactly like chips. I will never go back here.

Customer is always wrong at Pizza Hut. I did an online order and it came out wrong. Mushroom toppings became onions. This is the second time happening. I told the worker and she said the order could not be changed because it was cheap. She said I should have called. Too late when you arrive. She made no attempts to fix the problem. Poor attitude.Why is this person representing Pizza hut? The online site is broken, and no one bothers to check it out. It has been broken for over a week now. This store does not bother to have cheese toppings for the pizza. This place is a disgrace.

As soon the employee picked up my call I had funny feeling I would not be content. They were very unprofessional over the phone but then again I am calling Pizza Hut. Moreover, I arrive 15 minutes later to the establishment where I stood in front of the cashier waiting for my box of pizza. I received my box in a timely fashion; however, I witnessed a hefty female employee devouring a pizza in the kitchen area, which is quite disgusting. Eating your product in the kitchen is very unsanitary! Never coming here ever again!

The two employees that were there when I went looked pretty young. They were both on the phone sitting on a chair. After i ordered i waited on the bench, they were laughing and making jokes. They could have at least pretended to be working while they had customers.

My husband and I have enjoyed this Pizza Hut local for years, but in recent months their quality of food AND customer service have decreased drastically. We are seriously considering going back to Dominoes for our pizza fix. The employees at this Pizza Hut have become lazy and overall rude. Two stars only because we did enjoy them in the past.
