McDonald’s

This particular McDonald’s never seems to get my order right when I go through the drive-​through. Not just once, but 6 out of 6 times. How does anyone get «apple pie» mixed up with «blueberry pie»? Recieved the wrong drink. Totally negated an order of fries on another occasion. Ronald McDonald needs to throw down the quality control hammer on this place. I highly suggest ordering at the counter inside if you can, or double check your order before leaving the window.
The only reason I’m giving ²⁄₅ stars is because they’re not squeamish about kicking riff-​raff out of the restaurant if they’re disturbing other customers. I saw the manager escort a loud, foul-​mouthed transient out of the restaurant. Being a little loud in McD’s is fine but foul language around little kids is not acceptable… so props to the manager that day.

Worst customer service. Every time my boyfriend and i come they get our order wrong.. A few days ago I walked in and the girls were just talking to each other, they noticed us but decided to keep their conversation going. Who trains then seriously?

The service was very slow I waited about half an hour for my food. It was ridiculous because they don’t give you cups unless your order is ready so I couldn’t even get a drink for the long wait. This McDonald’s is horrible !!!

The food as you know its mcds for the service they need to focus more in the orders. When i’m at the drive thru ordering a kids meal chicken nuggets they ask me what kind of dressing i say bbq and they say is your order correct on the screen yes, but when i get home where’s the bbq.

When you go through drive thru, wait 20 minutes for two fudge sundaes and pay extra for EXTRA fudge and they’re still stingy… Not fun.
First and last time here.

The service here is SLOOOOOWW! And the orders are constantly messed up. kids here are rude and are constantly gossiping and chatting with each other instead of taking care of the long lines. I work across from this place so its the closest but this has been happening for years!

Today I come to have some food, man my order number was 77 and I heard 78, 79 80 and 81, I was like whats going, they didnt say my number and when I got my food was cold, I didnt complain cause I dont like get no one in trouble, plus therewas a guy getting mad cause he waiting and waiting for his coffee… McDonald’s food is delicious cant complain about that and ill nerver stop eating the d delicious food, am a loyal customer

After waiting in the Drive Thru for 25 minutes just to purchase a Cold Sweet Tea, I roll up to a window of laughing employees not taking their job seriously.
When I receive my Sweet Tea, I get home and find a gnat inside my cup. I will post a picture.

I ordered two sides of scrambled eggs, and received two orders of what looks like scrambled sunny side up. They were half raw.

Worst mcdonalds experience period! 1^st of all took way to long for my order. When I get to the second window no ketchup or bbq. I get home n I clearly remember ordering a 20 pc not a 17! And a double quarter pounder not a onion, ketchup and buns burger! Who forgets the meat really? Restaff of test the employees for mental stubility!

If you want to get pissed off before you eat this is your place! Ugh

this is the worst mcdonalds I’ve ever been to. I’ve gone here twice and for both times I’ve spent about 15 minutes at drivethru for my meal plus another 10 minutes waiting while at the window. All I order is a simple 6 nuggets, does it really take that long ?? I usually don’t eat at mcdonalds, but since this is the only one that is open 24 hours and I work overnight I decided to take a chance on it but never again !

I want ketchup and napkins. I don’t want to ask for ketchup and get asked «how many?» How do you even answer that?
Always get my order wrong. I ask for grilled I get crispy. Burger? No have a chicken sandwich. #15? Have a fish fillet.

Slowest mc Donald’s i stood there for 10mins waiting for my order to be taken when I asked the manager if I could place my order she said wait for the cashier managers need to take initiative i am very in happy with this visit not to mention the cashier seemed under the influence

What can you expect at a FAST FOOD chain? Very little. I like Mcdonalds burgers, the food tastes good and the price is ridiculous affordable.
So what is the problem? Why I am giving this place only 1 star? (wish i would give them none) Its their CUSTOMER SERVICE. It took 30 minutes to give me an order of 2 Mc Doubles, 2 Mc Chickens, and 2 Large fries. Why? Because the kitchen area was a mess. Their management leader didn’t know what they were doing, so therefore everything was chaotic. This is the only McDonalds i wouldn’t go to, their employees suck, BIG time.

Horrible drive thru services. they really need a third window for the missing food and condiments. They dont double check i ask if everything was there and they said yes when i got home everything was wrong. Wrong meals. I had to drive back 10 minutes to get my order right. Please double check your own bags before you leave the second window… Even if they say they did put it in there.

As far as food, it’s typical Mc Donald’s fast food. As far as service, IT SUCKS! The drive-​thru is ALWAYS overly crowded and they rarely get my order correct. Also all Mc Donald’s are suppose to carry toys in their Happy Meals for children under 3. This Mc Donald’s NEVER has toys for kid’s under 3! I go there cause it’s convienient, but rather than risk my 2 year old toddler choking to death on a toy for a child over 3, I will go to another Mickey D’s!

It’s a ok spot, sometimes nice and sometimes very busy and noisy

Nice restaurant. Typical McDonalds food quality. Cant really say much.
