MassVideoPro Event Video & Photo

Overall we are extremely satisfied with the services Mass Video Pro provided. For an extremely reasonable price, they followed us to 3 different locations, all on the same day! They did all this with no complaints and were always very courteous.
A good review always provides good honest feedback and as with any service, there were a couple of hiccups. My wife preferred that she had more shots of her getting ready in the morning. I’m not sure where the miscommunication was, but to be fair, the hotel that the bridal party provided was at a fourth location!
In hindsight, this was very minor, but again, given the complexity of our festivities, Erick and his crew were more than accommodating.
Other than that, everything else was great! The highlight video was especially good and the actual wedding video was wonderful. They provide 2 copies of BlueRay and 2 copies of DVDs. You would need to buy an external drive for their services, but it’s only so that they can give you all the raw footage from your special day.
As far as recommendations go, I would definitely refer them to my friends and family.

I’m sorry to write this review, but I don’t think Erick and his associates at Mass Video Pro are very professional. Now I don’t know how they are when they work on other types of videos, but as wedding videographers, they are flakes. We booked them as our wedding videographer b/​c we liked their work and they were well priced. However, they didn’t have insurance so tried to bail and told us our deposit was non-​refundable. We were willing to buy the insurance to cover them for our wedding day, but Erick basically said he was too busy to do our wedding anyways since they just booked another big project. That’s a terrible thing for any client to hear so close to their wedding date. We finally got our refund back after 3 tries since they also kept bailing on our meeting date and times due to being too busy.
What I’m really upset about is that I gave my friend a list of all my vendors prior to this incident and she tried to book Erick for her wedding as well. She asked for a week to think about it, and asked him to hold their wedding date for her, which he agreed. However, 3 days later when she called them to reserve the date and pay, Erick told her he already booked another client. When asked why, he basically said, the other clients offered more money so we went with them. That’s ridiculous and extremely unprofessional.
Erick and Abel seemed like 2 cool dudes, but I would never work with them on any project. Try Lexoria Wedding Films instead for a similar price point.

After seeing a sample of their work, my wife and I couldn’t wait to book with them for our wedding. The biggest things that stood out to us are their professionalism and the artistic way they captured our day. After watching the final product, all of the same emotions we felt the day of our wedding came right back as if it were yesterday. Thank you guys for your awesome and hard work!

This team is amazing! Made our wedding very special. We loved the drone! Erick was very easy to work with him and his team didn’t miss a thing. They were on top of everything! I would highly recommend mass video pro to everyone I know. So thanks again for everything you guys are the best.

Amazing Videographers. They are professional and there work is uncanny. They have an amazing eye to capture a beautiful moment, which is what you want from your wedding day. If you want a heartfelt wedding video that will capture that special day massvideopro is the way to go. Great work guys and keep it up.
