had a issue with my heat, the came right out and replaced a pump and had me up and running in a few hours (they had to get the part). i purchased a service contract and have had both seasons service done. all work was very professionally done. the service techs were very easy to deal with and explained all work and options. would highly recommend this company and will continue to do service contracts with them in the future.

This time had a service call at my office. They are honest, efficient and do not make the job to be bigger than is necessary. I would highly recommend them.

Very professional and expert in their industry. This is my second heating and A/​C system purchased with C&C. They maintained my last system with no problems except for old age and had to replace. Recommend using C&C.

We chose C&C to install our gas furnace some 5 years ago and have been very pleased. We have since also had them install a new water heater. They respond promptly to calls, discuss options fully and know what they are doing. We have been happy customers.

I have been a C&C customer for 14 years. They installed my furnace and A/​C unit in 2000. I have C&C do tune ups every season; both units work incredibly well. Recently, I had to have my gas line replaced. YIKES!!! I know C&C does great work due to my prior experience, but this recent job was something else. Mike Blouin told me not to worry bc he will take care of everything. He did — from calling the utilities to get the markings for the digging to getting the necessary permits. C&C showed up at 8 a.m. and were done by 2 p.m. I am very happy with C&C and am glad I have them on my speed dial! I have recommended them to my family and friends.

It has been 14 months since the installation of the new boiler for the radiators in my home. Today it has finally been approved by the fire inspector. NO THANKS to C&C Heating and Air-​Conditioning. The people in that office know nothing about customer service. Over the course of 14 months nothing was done by C&C unless I made a call to their office. They failed to follow-​up on every call I made to their office. It took 13 months of me prompting them to finally get a permit number so I could arrange for plumbing, fire and electrical inspection. Once the installation was done and they were paid, they did nothing to assure that the permit was received by the customer (Me) or coordinate with the fire inspector for a re-​inspection. Although hired through Costco, this company performed like most bottom of the barrel contractors, they took the money and ran. C&C Heating and Air-​Conditioning is a company I would not recommend to anyone for any reason. They lack any sense of customer service or satisfaction.
