Horrible service plus rising cost make this a lose lose for quick and convenient food and service. Here in the parking lot going on ten mins waiting for our food. Rude employees and and they screwed the drink order up three ways. Hire friendly competent leaders and run this facility like it should be.

Absolutely FILTHY!!! NO ONE working there takes any pride in their job. The place is disgusting. I’m talking the entire restaurant. The fountain machine was broken and had spilled all over the floor and it was obvious that it hadn’t broken that morning. The dried out chocolate on the floor and walls had been there for quite some time. The stainless steel appliances had not been wiped down. Just streaks of filth that appeared to be wiped with what ever they had at the time. The staff were busy looking at their phones & then getting your food. When I made a commented that it wasn’t very clean, the manager gave me a nasty look as he stood ther eating his free food. The fountain machine for drinks was filthy, the ketchup and mustard pumps empty & dried out spouts. The walls near the side seating had dry food & drink splattered on them that where dry (not freshly done) the floors & tables were sticky. And the bathrooms were gross. Total disgrace.

Not sure about rating this a 4/​5, but it’s a little better than average for a McDonalds. The drive thru is pretty fast most days (except when they’re training someone new). The dining room area is clean and the bathrooms are nice as well. They also offer free wifi, which is great.
I guess the negative thing for me would be that the one time I was dining in, three employees were basically just goofing off, talking trash to one another, while one of them (she looked too young to be in charge but she was the manager) talked on her cell phone. Completely ludicrous to see three teenagers BSing and bashing on one another, all within earshot of the diners.

Well, it’s a McDonalds, what can I say? The food’s fine for what it is but I’ve had the staff screw up my order multiple times.
