The Auto Salon

This place is amazing! The staff is friendly and welcoming, and they complete they’re job to perfection. I am amazed at the exceptional job they did detailing my car’s interior, and plan on bringing my other cars to them. I would highly recommend The Auto Salon to my friends, family, and everyone.

I called for an appointment to get my SUV detailed and they fit me right in, the next day. I wasn’t sure how their process worked, since I was a potential first time customer. I was told, on the phone, that the detailing was going to take 4 hours… no problem. So I dropped the SUV off at the scheduled time the next day. I told the staff member who took my keys that I would return at 3pm. He explained that my SUV would be finished well before 3pm. When I returned at 3:20pm, I was told by another staff member that my car was not finished and that it would be finished at 5pm, when they closed. So then I was a bit upset, since I walked to their location from my house (45 minute walk). I paid for the service and walked home once again. Upon picking up my SUV, I could not believe how it looked… AMAZING!!! They removed stains from the carpet and leather seats that I thought would never come out. They polished the tires and rims to perfection. Overall, I am ecstatic with their attention to detail. However, I was still a bit upset about their poor communication between their staff and customers.

Tint looks excellent. 20% all around. Got a law enforcement/​fire discount. Always carry my fire id.
The film they use is solargard and/​or 3M so I know the warranty is covered for life.
Ultra friendly staff and excellent service. They use computer cut film so my car looks awesome now.
