Royal Carpet Cleaners

George and his son were courteous and professional. My carpet is only two years old, but the quality was the basic builders grade. I had a few bad stains on my carpet and he was able to get them looking fresh and almost new again! I have used other carpet cleaners in my other homes. I would buy a Groupon, or get some other «special» deal. What always happens is they come and start adding other fees or tell you that they charge extra for deep cleaning or to do stains! I did my research this time and I am very satisfied with the service and the cost. When it comes to service you get what you pay for when it comes to carpet cleaning. I will definitely use Royal Service again.

I researched about 5 different carpet cleaning companies in the area before deciding to go with Royal Carpet Cleaning. George was very nice. He was booked the day I wanted him to come, but then rearranged his schedule to accommodate my date. He called the day of to let me know he was on the way. He came through and measured the house and provided me the price before he began to perform work. I don’t want to lock him in to prices, but here is what I had done. Approximately 700 sq ft of carpet, 24 steps, 2 landings, 5 area rugs 2 of which are very large and my price was $ 270. He pretreated the entire house and was done in about 1 ½ hrs for 3 floors. When he was finished the price agreed on before was the same $ 270. He was very nice and upfront about all the services he provides and services he doesn’t provide. There were no surprise charges or «oh sorry, we don’t do that». He did a great job. My neighbor saw his truck outside and asked him to come estimate her house. He provided a free estimate right then. I highly recommend him.
