DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! THE OWNER IS HORRIBLE!!! The owner came to one of my properties and was on time and professional. I showed him the problem and he figured out what was wrong pretty fast. He then gave me a price and ordered the part. When the part came in he started to go to work. He took my outside unit apart, his tools out and he got inside the unit and was just about to start the repair. He then stood up looked at me and said «I’m gonna back out of this». I was confused and then he said «it’s just not worth the price, I’ve been doing this too long to work all day and struggle on a job for $ 750. You got to know when too cut your loses. Sorry but it hot out here and now that I’m looking at this it’s not as easy as I thought». At this point I already gave him a $ 400 deposit, my tenant waited for 3 days with no AC for the part and my unit was tore apart. It was about 12 pm and he told me before it would only take him 2 – 3 hours to do the repair. It was a pain in the ass to get my deposit back and I was scared to even tell him off to make sure I got my money back. I’ve never seen anything like it before. Do not use this company!!! You’ll regret it!!!
