The shoe department is the worst I have ever encountered. Lazy people who do not help because they make a commission. Other departments are alright. Lady’s suit department/​area was overwhelmingly helpful. Will never buy shoes from this store.

This is my Macy’s, the one closest to where I live. The place is clean and well organized. The staff in Men’s is always friendly and helpful. Wish I could say the same about the staff in Women’s. Mostly they are good. Sometimes it’s hard to get them to notice you. I guess it was about a year and a half ago that I realized Macy’s has some great sales. I can’t really figure out the timing on the sales some times, but days like today when I can get 4 sweaters for $ 40 …is a good day!

I still prefer White Marsh or Columbia — if you have a lil one this Macy’s is awesome but if not I find that I have to pick thru to find age appropriate and height appropriate clothing– I’m a lil on the taller side of 5’9

Went there tonight looking for a coat and I’m glad i did. The staff was ultra helpful and friendly. Also i got a very good price on a tommy hilfiger wool coat with scarf after using a 20% wowpass.
Excellent customer service. A++++++++.

Decent Macy’s. The selection is not as extensive as some of the other Macy’s but people are nice and its convenient. Lines are not long even on black friday.

I love Macy’s overall. My favorite department store! This particular Macy’s is nice — the customer service has always been good. My only issue is that it carries less items than White Marsh and Towson Macy’s, but I also understand why. It just stinks because it’s the closest one to me. But again, the customer service is always great, and it’s not like they have a whole lot less than other Macy’s stores.
