Normally this restaurant is really good. Lately it’s quality has been slipping. If it weren’t for the past visits I’ve had this would be a 1 star rating… Everything either tasted undercooked, over or under seasoned, or just plain awful… Even the ice cream tasted off… Please fix this! You used to be so good.

I have eaten here several times. I have always had a satisfying meal. My most recent visit was 2÷16÷16. The spare ribs were some of the best I have ever eaten. They had Dungeness crabs on the buffet and they were OK — they can’t hold a candle to MD blue crabs for taste. It was a Tuesday night and they had more chicken dishes that usual. On past visits, they have had a variety of shrimp dishes. This time they only featured breaded fried shrimp and whole steamed shrimp with the heads on. I haven’t tried the hibachi grill because there are so many choices on the buffet. My brother likes it, however. The staff were very friendly and attentive. One waitress promptly brought me crab crackers when I asked for them and later another asked if I needed crackers. We were seated close to the buffet entrance because my aged dad was in our party — I thought that was a very thoughtful gesture even though I always make up his plate. The buffet has always had one or more items that were very good. My only wish was that they had at least one vegetable dish. It didn’t occur to me until later that I could have had the grill chef cook some vegetables for me. I am a regular, if not frequent, customer.

It was just okay. The food range is so simple. I have been in many buffet places, their food is more complex and the food is more fresh. This place is more about shushi however i am not confident to eat raw fishes in buffet since i dont know the quality. Thank to the frozen ice cream cos that is the only hook me to go there

I’m not usually a buffet person. Usually the food is just really mediocre, and I have sanitation questions. This one, however, is different. The only thing I haven’t liked that I’ve eaten here is the hot and sour soup. I have, however, eaten three bowls of egg drop in one trip here! Their chicken and broccoli and crab rangoons are especially good here, too. I like that you can have food made fresh from the hibachi station, and it’s all ten dollars per person. Our server today was especially good. It was like every time our sodas got low or finished a plate, she magically appeared. Booths are comfy, parking is ample, bathrooms are clean. What more can you ask for a lazy Saturday?

Came here a few months back to celebrate a family birthday. The restaurant itself was very clean and everyone very friendly. The food was decent, it wasnt bad but it was great. just average. I would probably give it another try.

After writing an awesome review a while back, I have to revisit it. Back when they first opened their doors, the food was awesome, the staff was terrific and the place was clean. They have gotten rid of the best hibachi chefs and have the most God awful man doing it now. And I mean GODAWFUL! He doesn’t make it to your specifications, and if you don’t tip where he see’s it, then he treats you poorly. The waitresses are disinterested and the food is usually bland and cold. They never rotate out dishes; always the same«reliable» fare. It is a shame, because this was our«go to» place. Such disappointment.

I love this place! I find it hard to find fresh tasting sushi at buffets but every roll I’ve had was delicious. There hot food is also amazing. And for the price this place is a must go!

This place was just eh… I really didn’t care for it. The parents wanted to try it and I wasn’t expecting much. Everything looked so dried out, no snow crabs, dessert bar looked nasty. The people working the hibachi bar took forever. The sushi looked so nasty just sitting there. I don’t think I would ever come back. I wanted to goto the Viet restaurant next door but they were closed for the night.

OVERPRICED for a buffet. Went here because my son wanted to go to a Chinese buffet so I knew not to expect anything amazing(from a buffet). Food was decent, not great and definitely not bad. As for service, not very friendly and real quick to ask my kids directly their ages instead of me. I’m honest but it annoys me slightly because my 12 year old who I paid an adult price for barely ate half of one plate of food. Wouldn’t dine here again considering price and service.

Everything about this place screams awesome. The renovation from it’s former tenant, the décor, the variety of food, the quality of the sushi, the prices. on the surface, it seems like a no-brainer, 4 star dining experience. It’s just… not. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not horrible. It’s just not anything worth rating even 3 stars. My daughter and I got quick carry out(pay by the pound) earlier in the week, and I was so impressed with their sushi, I had to go back. I mean, all you can eat sushi and it’s not just california and tuna rolls? Hell yeah! We were seated immediately(the place is huge, so I was expecting as much) and served ourselves. The service was acceptable. The food is just lacking. So far I’ve had baby clams(meh) fake seafood bake(crap) butter shrimp(meh) sesame chicken(meh) chicken meatballs(crap) ribs(crap) chicken on a stick(crap) hibachi chicken(crap) honey chicken(crap) goyza(crap crap crappiest of it all! worst dumplings EVER!!!) sweet and sour chicken(crap) lo mein(average) and I’ve also tried one of everything of their sushi offering. The sushi looks amazing, and is really good if you have one piece of a couple of rolls. As you eat it though it slowly dawns on you that the primary ingredient in every roll is mayonnaise and all you can taste after a while is mayo mayo mayo. If you want a boring but acceptable all you can eat buffet, there’s nothing that should stop you from going to Kobe Grill. I just think with all the other choices in Harford County, there’s nothing driving me to go back there any time soon.

Came here with family yesterday. The employees were ultra friendly. Mainly Asian. The food selection was awesome. They have crabs, sushi & tons of other stuff. The food was very good. Also the general bel air crowd here of course was high class. No loud customers or anything. It’s a good family environment. Will definitely revisit…

This was an awful experience. We went at 5 pm on a Wednesday, which would typically meant that they would have switched over the food from the lunch rush to the dinner rush. Nope. Not only that the little scoops of food that was left was lukewarm at best, the sushi bar was even worst. One piece of sushi in each«huge selection» on each tray. They didn’t even attempt to refill the sushi selection. I am not a food elitist I know that you get what you paid for, but I would have liked if we actually had food instead of bits and pieces. My dinner date also had the hibachi and there was an actual piece of gristle(or something of a harden texture that wasn’t hibachi) in her food. And for the dessert, the ice cream mix was not thoroughly mixed through. One of the worst meals I’ve ever eaten. It’s definitely not worth the money. It’s the same kind of crappy service as it was when they were called Grand Buffet. I do not recommend this place at all.

It’s a Buffet not gourmet, but it might as well be. I am not gonna say anything about the sushi because I don’t eat sushi. The stir fry bar was definitely worth the price per person.

My mom is very picky with where she goes for sushi buffets. She usually makes it herself at home, but this is one of the few places she approves for good sushi at a Chinese buffet. This place is clean, there is plenty of food(all kinds, not just sushi and Chinese, but also the usual foods you will find at this kind of buffet… like mac n cheese, chicken fingers and fries) and it all tastes really good. The service is great and the lunch buffet is a bargain!

Came here 2 days after it open. I had to come here soon after it opened since that is when buffets have the best stuff. In my experience, the quality always goes downhill. The selection is ample and they had sushi, raw oysters, tripe, soup, shell fish, and the typical Chinese and American selections. Sushi looked impressive but left a funny aftertaste. Not sure about the quality. I was impressed they had tripe in the dimsum section but the haw gow was all squashed and the wrappers were all broken. The fruit selection was impressive. They had longan and dragon fruit which is pretty surprising. Over all pretty impressive, till I got food poisoning of course. I have a strong stomach too…
