Omg I finally found a great Eye Dr. — no wait — appt receive on the same day — very modern — Dr is soooo spot on — staff is very helpful

We followed the greatest eye doctor in the world, Dr Melissa Connolly, from Pearle to here. We would follow her anywhere because she is the most caring and competent medical provider we have ever known. Her exams are thorough and done just right, so when your glasses come along, they are perfect for you. The store has a large variety of frames in every style — even bigger frames for us big tall folks. The staff — Amanda is the greatest too, at fitting, at getting just what you need, and caring. They really make you feel special at EyeFit and I recommend them without any question at all! PS Their prices beat the big chains and they make you feel as if YOU are the only customer they have.

If in need of eye care or eye wear, Eye Fit is a must visit. Great staff. Very friendly. Very welcoming. Everyone is polite, professional and a pleasure to work with. The Optometrist is very thorough and attentive to your eye needs.

I was impressed with the choices of frames and the customer service while I was shopping, the assistance was outstanding (maybe a little too helpful, I wanted to look around by myself instead of having someone hand me frames they liked, but maybe I should have said something, my fault) So I picked frames and was told I’d receive a call when they came in. No phone call about 10 days later, I called and was told they were in (?) when I picked them up and tried them on, everything was sort of fuzzy. I mentioned this, but they said I’d get used to it (?) After 2 weeks I couldn’t deal with the blurred vision, and frames were constantly crooked on me. I went to return them and explained why, again, I was told I’d get used to it, but I told them I didn’t want to «get used to it» and I got my money back. Today I went to Professional Vision, the assistant measured my face (NOT done at Eyefit) and I explained the situation with the blurriness from the glasses purchased at Eyefit. He checked my prescription and found it was INCORRECT. Now to be fair, Eyefit didn’t examine my eyes for the prescription (Wilmer did) but once I told Eyefit about the blurriness, you’d think THEY WOULD HAVE taken that extra step to check. They were so helpful BEFORE they got my $, but afterwards, I felt like I was not as important. Disappointed in quality of care after purchase, but happy with getting my money back

We’re very happy with the staff and services at EyeFit Vision. We’re moving our entire family over to this place from Katzen Eye. The staff is professional and the service is fast. Awesome!
