This store has friendly but totally oblivious employees. All I wanted to know is how well any of the phones function. The most important characteristic of a phone is does it work. If it doesn’t do the basic function of receiving and transmitting then nothing else matters.
When I asked «what phones have good rf sensitivity no employee even comprehended the question. It’s just a measure of how well it receives.
The only response was buy it and try it, return it and try another, then another.
Verizon’s coverage map shows 99% coverage for Harford county when in reality it’s around 25% with my Sansung Note 3. The coverage map is totally bogus. According to the map my neighborhood has excellent coverage but in reality coverage is almost non existent.

Really terrible business practices. They offered a screen protector for my iPhone, but didn’t tell me it was $ 20 until after it was put on my phone. (Had I known, I would have just ordered it from amazon for $ 1) Was told it had a year long warranty, and it was bubbled and peeling off before I even made it home. Went back to the store and they told me they didn’t have any more so I was out of luck. They also refused to refund me because it was a final sale (also forgot to tell me that part). Returned a car charger I purchased that I didn’t need, and had to wait almost 2 weeks for my refund check to come in the mail. They just gave me the impression that were sneaky and slimy, like a used car salesman. I’ll never go back to this store again!
