We recently used them for funeral arrangements. The previous service for excellent. Our second time we were disappointed. The funeral service was for only an hour and a half. Upon walking into the viewing there were no flowers at all. The casket flowers showed up first and then maybe 20mins later the side flowers appeared. The arrangements were very nice, but the flowers were dropping petals as they stood there. Obviously these were old flowers! The florist states they were never told of a time, did they bother to inquire? I should have called and asked for a discount.
