Walmart Supercenter

Probably the worst Wal-​Mart on planet Earth. The staff is terrible and unfriendly for the most part and there is always people just loitering around. You’re seriously better off using extra gas money to get to ANY other Wal-​Mart other than this one. Seriously, it’s worth the extra gas money.

Clearly the worst of the Walmarts. Probably not the employees fault though, I don’t think that Walmart bothers to hire very many people in this store so no surprise that nothing is stocked and if you ever need help there is nobody to be found. (Including by phone).

Coming into Walmart, you expect them to have everything you need. Maybe my expectations are too high BUT this is what I’m always expecting. This Walmart is always missing something. Most of what I’m looking for I can find but I’m often left disappointed because I don’t find everything. I honestly come in here to get my nails done by Sue in Regal Nails.

I was very polite and was treated very badly by Wanda because I am white. I waited in line at the jewelry counter and when my turn came she turned her back on me and went to talk to another customer. I said excuse me ma’am could you please ring me out. She responded with an attitude and an angry look and said she was helping someone. I said I waited in line and it’s my turn. She said that the customer looking at jewelry takes priority. That customer saw how irrational and stupid Wanda was being and told her to help me. So she did and took her sweet time doing it. I even heard her call me a cracker under her breath. I did not respond. No point making a scene and getting angry about some minimum wage asshole. Thanks Wanda. Enjoy your luxurious life!

This is store is hands down the worst Walmart I’ve ever had the displeasure to patronize. The Store is clearly understaffed and the few employees I did see were clearly trying to avoid doing any work whatsoever, rude beyond belief, and the couple of cash registers that were open took almost an hour to get through the line. If I hadn’t needed to get things right away I would have just left. I’ve been to this location on a few occasions and I’m now sure this is the norm and not the exception. I wish I’d have taken pictures of the trashed aisles and missing products, unacceptable! They might as well close the doors if they can’t give their customers a better experience and I surely will be shopping at giant eagle/​target from now on despite their higher prices. Shame on Walmart for letting many of their NE Ohio stores end up this way!

This wal mart is a joke! Avoid! There used to be a Target across the street when this walmart first opened, worst idea EVER. The employees are very rude and ignorant. Unprofessional and unhelpful. Service is slow, place is a MESS. And just an overall unpleasant experience. Drive the extra 10 – 15 mins not even to a different wal mart.

Overall: Good priced and food selection, but very slow service due to lack of employees at the register.
Food Selection: 3 stars. Had every major packaged brand we were looking for. The deli was OK.
Prices: 4 stars.
Quality of Service: 3 stars. The staff that was there seemed fairly attentive. Courtney on the register was very helpful and bagged well.
Speed of Service: 1 star. There were only a few registers open at 7pm on a Saturday. I waited for about 30 minutes in the regular line.

Horrid, yet close to my house. I pretend like it isn’t there and make the drive out to Bainbridge or Macedonia. The last time I shopped here there was make up and nail polish covering the aisle floor. This WalMart was no good from the moment it opened. Avoid at all costs. Even if you absolutely need something. The moment you get in you’ll realize it wasn’t important enough to deal with this hell of a WalMart.

Average for a Walmart as far as service, has a wide selection but the Isle are usually in disarray.

I recently just moved to Ohio and I LOVE WALLY WORLD!!! This Walmart is an embarrassment to Walmarts world wide. The clothes are all over the floor and barely any staff to be found if you have a question. They are rude. I don’t understand, this place should’ve shut down for 2 months and fire all employees and start all over. Glad I «Yelp»! I have to find a Walmart I’m comfortable in soon.

This is the worst Walmart, stuff is everywhere a complete ness, lines are all ridiculously long with few registers open all day, closes at midnight not even 24 hours, this walmart is a joke.

Last time I went here was the past summer and that was to pick up a few items. This store is so disorganized, it resembles a third world country in terms of polluted boxes and unclean areas. The workers are completely clueless as to where everything was, often blaming the others if we couldn’t find the exact item we wanted. And don’t you get me started with the registers. Too few for often too many people and even with a machine, these people cannot do simple mathematics.

Well, I’m going to make this quick and to the point. This Walmart could be a whole lot better than what it is. How are you always stocking the shelves but there is never nothing on the shelves? It seems like the employees like to play with the boxes. Don’t say ‘excuse me’ to get buy because they don’t know what the hell that means!!! Why is it that no Walmarts believe in having enough cashiers. Just frustrating that there is no way to make it out of here in ten minutes. I have this love hate relationship with Walmart so I know I will be back smh.

what can I say it’s open 24 hrs a day. Love to do some grocery shopping on the late night. No lines plus everything is stocked.
