Tranquil Surroundings Massage Therapy

I walked in and made an appointment with the man on a Thursday for the next Tuesday at 4:15. I work up the road, so I drove straight there from work. He said that they don’t normally make 4:15 appointments, but since I was coming straight from work, it would be okay. I was so happy that they would do that, I told him, «I’ll see you for sure Tuesday at 4:15!» He then said, «I’ll be here, either way!»
When I arrived, their hours said they were open until 5pm, but the door said ‘closed’ and there was nobody there. I was there at 4:12. I called them and left a message to find out what happened.
The next day when they called me, the man said that they don’t make 4:15 appointments, and they waited for me until 4:15, then closed. At 4:15. When I told him I was there before then, he told me I wasn’t, and he wasn’t very nice about it.
I won’t even try to go there again because he was so confrontational about it, especially since I asked twice when I made the appointment to be sure it was okay. Not to mention that they should have been open until 5pm anyhow, like their sign said.
