This Starbucks has gone downhill fast! I moved here from Seattle a few months ago, and when I discovered a Starbucks not too far from my new home, I was grateful. For the last 6 months I have gone by the Bedford Star Bucks almost daily but lately things have really declined to the point where I just won’t be back to this Starbucks. The daytime barista that worked on Sunday, May 29, 2016(a young girl wearing a sweatshirt), was very rude and by the way she acted with everyone she interacted with, she obviously hated her job. I say this because of what i have observed when i was there today. I went inside for my order on purpose because lately I have been receiving the wrong drink through the drive through, ending up having to walk it back in anyway, so today I wanted to be there so I could make sure my drink(which cost $ 5.29) was made correctly. Upon walking inside I noticed the place was very dirty. Garbage cans overflowing and trash on the floor everywhere. This is not common in most Star Bucks I have ever been too, and admittedly i was quite shocked at how bad it was. I ordered my drink after waiting in a VERY long line with only one girl taking orders. It seems they have many workers focused on the drive through and not the inside area, too bad they can’t get the drinks right in the drive through with all the people they have working on it. While I waited for my drink to be made, I noticed 2 people come in and complain their drinks were wrong. The barista seemed openly annoyed each time this happened, which is kind of absurd if you ask me. The second lady complained her drink was wrong and the barista actually rolled her eyes at the customer, and snatched the cup from her hand. The customer seemed shocked and not sure how to respond, and even the girl working with the rude barista seemed very uncomfortable with her behavior. Apparently NO one had nerve to say anything to «miss rude pants». Frankly, I spend close to $ 10 a day on coffee and breakfast and I can do that just about anywhere, i don’t need attitude, long lines or expensive coffee. After being a Star Bucks Fanboy for years, I have to say I am pretty over it. On a side note, Star Bucks is now pouring SHORT shots, yes thats right, you don’t even get a full shot when you order shots of espresso from them. What I once ordered(4 shorts over ice), now must be order 6 shots over ice to get the same amount of coffee and even then sometimes its short. Luckily because of all this nonsense I was forced to look elsewhere for coffee and breakfast, and I found a WONDERFUL place that has NO long lines, nice and friendly baristas, and I get 4FULL shots for $ 3.00 instead of $ 5.29. So thanks mean girl barista at Star Bucks, thanks for pushing me out the door because YOU did one thing right, you saved me money. My advice to all you current Star Bucks fanboys and girls — go to a mom and pop shop, THEY will appreciate you A LOT more than Star Bucks ever will. You don’t have to put up with attitude, long lines and expensive coffee and frankly you should not have too.

So make sure you have at least a half hour set aside to get your coffee in the morning, because if you get here at a bad time, you wouldn’t believe the line! The location itself is actually one of the more beautiful and clean Starbucks I’ve been to, earning it two stars.

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to… From the cashiers who never listen and after waiting over 10 minutes for your order because of how slow the employees location function, you get the wrong order. Ordering from the mobile app has failed me at this location as well. There is rarely an occasion in which you can be in and out quickly and with a correct order… This Starbucks has ruined my day several times over the past couple years while attending classes in the area. I will no longer be in the area as of next week, And I cannot wait to go back to a normal to fast paced Starbucks in which my order will be expedited accurately. Someone needs to come to this location and do an overhaul and retrain the entire staff here.

I have had doctors appointments that took less time then the wait in the drive thru line. I have worked at Starbucks before and this is the most disappointing thing. I have only been here twice and spending 15 minutes in the drive thru line both times is just unacceptable. I will be avoiding this one in the future.

Wasn’t sure if I was the only person with this impression but apparently rude. Many of the baristas just look miserable and really don’t care or at least give off this impression. Really, it takes 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge my presence when I’m just waiting to get a cup of drip coffee? Or if I’m the only one in the store at 7 am and there’s 4 of them and no one provides a simple hello? Even more laughable is that there is a tip jar sitting in front. It’s almost insulting.

This is seriously the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I just moved here and have been to this Starbucks three times so far. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. They have gotten my drink order wrong. And they aren’t complicated orders! I don’t know if they just don’t pay attention or if they are just that inept, but it is ridiculous. The first time I went I ordered a black iced tea lemonade and the girl gave it to me and said«I can’t remember if I sweetened it or not, can you taste it?» So I did. It wasn’t sweetened so I gave it back to her. She pumped the sweetener on top and then gave it back to me. I asked her if she could put it back to shake it since it is called«shaken iced tea» and she said«sorry. I have other customers.» Are you kidding me?! They are the worst. Avoid at all costs.

I used to think this Starbucks was great. However, in the last two/three months it has gone down hill. Only at this Starbucks when I order an iced soy latte I see chunky white soy protein at the bottom. I was told that some of the employees are just not shaking the soy milk well before making the drink… what I can’t figure out is, why every other Starbucks I go to doesn’t have this problem. The other issue with this is, the taste is different, and by the time I drive away and taste my drink(and notice that it taste off, and then I look at the bottom), I don’t have time to drive back and get a new drink properly made.

This starbucks is SOO slow and I’ve tried it many many times and each time I go back I regret it. There is no way to get out of the drive thu line and you can get trapped for 10 min so sometimes it’s best to go inside.

Always fan of Starbucks rather than Dunkin Donuts. The bad thing is that there are only 2 on Bedford. Got my order wrong on Friday but the drink was still good, just not what a wanted.

I’ll stop at this Starbucks, only if I’m in no hurry. The service inside has been slower than other Starbucks in the area including during busy and non busy times. They have plenty of staff behind the counter during busy times, but they are focused on the drive thru and as a result there is a long line in the morning. In the evening, one barista is making drinks, getting food, and running the register while the other staff member is focused on other things(cleaning). The coffee and drinks here are fine with no issues. «Most partners» at this Starbucks are pleasant. If I’m in a hurry, I’ll go to the other location inside the Target for faster service(no drive-thru). This store needs to take field trips to the Starbucks in Concord and Keene(full service drive-thru locations) and see how a model Starbucks store is run.

When it comes to getting coffee, I actually enjoy going inside to order rather than the drive through. I find that the aroma and atmosphere is all part of the coffee buying experience. However, avoid the inside of this Starbucks at all costs. The baristas seem to be rude and annoyed that you have arrived, and most of the time I stand there watching them work for 3 – 5 mins before they even take my order. It makes me feel unwelcome and as if I am a nuisance. Totally not the vibe you want from your neighborhood Starbucks. If you are in the area, and want a Starbucks… only use the drive through at this location. Or just drive a little further and hit up another location altogether! Also, the bakery section is consistently lacking at this location almost always. Never has labels or pricing of the bakery items either. Just an observation.

The coffee and service are good and consistent but it is not the most comfortable Starbucks. It looks nice enough in there but all winter long they didnt seem to want to turn the heat on and it was uncomfortably cold in there ALL the time. People have told them this before but nothing gets done about it. Â Enjoy your latte but be sure to dress warm and bring your mittens!
