Rainbowland Child Development Center

My children have attended RainbowLand since they were 3 months old.
The owner does listen to her families but she also stands up for her employees. With out us parents she wouldn’t have a business in the 1^st place. She provides a safe, nurturing and fun place for the children to grow and learn.
The owner see’s more than we do as parents but if you bring an issue to her attention right away, she’s right there on top of it and makes any necessary changes. Having teachers come and go is not always ideal, but it makes me feel better to know that my child is being treated with the upmost respect. I’ve had the opportunity to witness teachers act one way in front of parents and the owner, but then totally different when they don’t think anyone is watching! I’m grateful RainbowLand has an open door policy!
Just because someone has an «educated degree» — doesn’t mean they are above everybody else. The state does require education but experience is also very important. As is the nature motherly or fatherly instinct. Things are different in the real world than that they are of a lab school setting!
I would recommend RainbowLand to anyone! They go out of their way to make everyone feel welcomed and a part of a family. I wouldn’t have my children any place else!
