I have been ordering pizza delivery from here for more than a decade. Last night 830 we had a few friends over and we decided to order pizza. I was told they stop delivery at 830. On a Saterday? I think if you are in the pizza business and offer delivery it should be a bit longer on weekends. Called Bella all set.

I used to love this’ll place with previous owner. I decided to «give it one more try tonight». Pizza was bad and overpriced last time. This time there were issues just making a phone order. I wanted to hang up I the middle of a 2 sub order. But made my way through it. Apparently just saying pickup order sent the person who answered into a tailspin, she may have been new. Told me 20 min. When I showed up the order wasn’t ready. That’s fine I’ll wait and have a beer. Pour a beer and order is up. Great. Obviously I can’t take the beer to go. Saw a few people complaining about pricing. Not sure what happened to the Mia of old. But now I’ve tried to come back 2 times and I won’t be back again … Keep in mind I’ve yet to try the food. I’m posting this while I try and finish the beer since my order wasn’t ready … Now fast forward 15 minutes and we are home. 1 sub made as ordered. Other one was missing everything other than the basic ingredients. Im not sure who messed it up. The person answering the phone or the kitchen. But at $ 10 each they should have been prefect. I didn’t even finish mine (made as ordered). Like I said in a previous review. Go to Pizza Bella. 3 – 4 minutes down the road and its worth it. The food is not as expensive. It’s made as you ordered it, with a friendly staff that is more attentive. I don’t know how this place is still open. Can Jay please come back ??

This is our go to pizza place. The pizza is consistently good. We also love their egg subs. We often get delivery which is usually quicker than what they say. Sometimes we eat there and the atmosphere is nice for a pizza joint. This place does what it does well… it’s not 5 star dining but it’s a good, family run, spot… it’s fresh, filling, and the workers behind the counter are usually really friendly.

They changed their recipe for chicken Marsala. Not impressed !! Please go back to the old one!

What happened to this place? It used to be very good, quality food. Now it is just expensive and there is ABSOLUTELY NO quality control. The pizza was raw and doughy and the cheese was laughable at how inconsistent it was across the pie. I’ve had better frozen pizza. The side salad consists of mostly lettuce and comes with pre-​packaged Italian dressing? In an Italian restaurant??? No wonder the place was deserted last night. What happened to the ownership and management here? My advice is to stay away until they implement some consistency routines.

I used to get pizza at Pizza Mia often when we first moved to the area 14 years ago but over the last few years is has been very disappointing. This past weekend we decided to give it a try on the way home from Manchester. The pizzas were light on toppings and greasy. The crust was not bubbly at the edges or thin and crisp like it used to be (I’m from NY) but thick, flat although it seemed fresh. Toppings were almost non-​existent on our mediterranean chicken but the box was full of grease. We barely could find any chicken or tomato. The sausage was okay. $ 32 (!!)for this large and small pizza was quite a rip off. One positive note — the service was very friendly but not going back.

People are overly harsh on here, and expect 5 star dining from a local pizza joint. Chill.
The atmosphere is relaxed, casual and the AC was blasting. Which was fantastic for me, personally. Plus, they had some of my favorite music playing.
The service was nothing short of amazing. Kim was a total sweetheart. Super, super caring. She really made my visit comfortable. She helped my indecisive self choose the perfect thing to order. Give that lady a raise!
The food and drink was really great. I ordered the steak tip pizza with no red sauce, and it came out perfectly cooked. I also ordered a tall glass of beer (Switchback). They’re a bit overpriced, but aside from that, I have no complaints about anything.
Give it a go if you’re in the area, and don’t listen to these other twats on here.

I grew up on this pizza. So I do have a bit of a soft spot for this place. That being said. This is a pizza joint. If you get other food here don’t expect anything amazing. There’s a reason it’s called PIZZA Mia.
Their pizza on the other hand is good. Though perhaps a bit expensive. But their sauce and dough are great.
Probably not the best place to actually eat at (aside from the fountain drinks), but definitely a good take away place if you live in the area.

Unfortunately they just don’t get it. 50 minutes for take out on one pizza? Not only is it overpriced and usually undercooked they can’t seem to make it in a reasonable time frame. Its unbelievable for me as i worked in many pizza house in NY during college and if any of them had the customer service this place does they wouldn’t be making pizza anymore. They have a lock on bedford and amherst as there is nothing else around but eventually that will change.

I went here to pick up two large pizzas for my daughter’s birthday party. I haven’t had pizza from pizza Mia and at least three years. I think the pizza was excellent. I had had it when it was under old ownership. If you like great New York style pizza not too thin nottoo thick, and excellent sauce with just the right amount of cheese, then get over to Pizza Mias as quick as you can. This will be my new go– to for family pizza night.

Not very good. Large subs are small in size and the fries are awful– we tried this place twice and both times the fries were barely cooked and very limp. Not even in a container, they send them in the paper they wrap the subs with. We won’t go back

Would it be that difficult for this place to invest in a fryer? Their wings are deplorable, and their pizza is always way undercooked.

Ordered a large pizza anD what I was thought was a large garden salad with «grilled chicken». The pizza was undercooked and the salad was an appetizer at best. Next time I will throw a bag of lettuce in a bowl and throw some «grilled something (still not sure what it was)» in it with a few soggy maters and save myself 8 bucks.

If you like waiting 45 minutes+ with bad service for bland food, then this is the place for you! My family has been coming to this establishment for a few years, not because of the food, but because other friends with kids like to meet there as it seems to be an acceptable place for giant crowds of kids to gather and hang out while the parents eat. After each meal, we always say to ourselves, «Why do we keep eating this stuff? Couldn’t we all meet somewhere where the food actually tastes good?» Well, after our last visit where we never even got our meals other than the appetizer (which they messed up) we’re finally through. Questions about the status of our order were never answered and no explanations or apologies were given. One could do better at a fast food restaurant.
On the plus side, I’m sure they make their own food from scratch. No pre-​prepared could possibly be so unseasoned and tasteless.

Pizza’s decent. Tangy Greek style sauce with okay cheese, a bit greasy, but not horribly so. The hot Spinach artichoke dip is great, made in store, very tasty. I had delivery twice now, decent times and friendly people.

Really disappointing lately. We used to order pizza here a lot, but something has changed. We always ask for it well done and they never do it even when they’re not busy. Last time we ordered was maybe a month ago and we got a Besto Pesto and some meatball and hot pepper pizza delivered. It ends up being almost $ 50.00 with delivery and tip for the two larges. I open the Besto Pesto and the driver completely tipped the pizza onto one side. To top it off they seem undercooked even though we asked for them well done (again!). I’m an easy going guy, so I end up reassembling the pizza and cooking both of them in my oven until they’re how we like them. Seemed like a lot of work for the money considering we ordered the pizza because my wife wanted to do, «something easy» for dinner.

I ordered two of their specialty pizzas for delivery. After placing my order I was informed it would be about an hour wait. That wasn’t really a big deal to me. However when the pizza finally did arrive they were both cold and all the toppings had slid to one side of the box. Two thirds of both pizzas had nothing but a light dusting of sauce and no toppings. The remaining third was buried under a mountain of hard cold cheese stuck to the box. I’m giving them two stars because everyone was very friendly. Perhaps I just had a bad experience but be warned if you’re ordering pizza for delivery.

I ordered pizza, salad and wings. We have always loved their wings and they were good as usual. Tonight I opted for salad instead of pizza but my kids enjoyed the pizza. My salad was disappointing. I had a Greek salad with grilled chicken. The feta was in 2 big chunks so I had to break it up myself and it was completely tasteless. The chicken didn’t have any flavor either. It was a remarkably bland salad even with dressing. I was also disappointed that there is no way to contact them other than by phone. They do not have an email address on their website. They do have a find us on Facebook but I couldn’t find their Facebook page. While the online ordering is a nice feature, they need to bring their website into this century and have other contact methods. Overall, this is not my favorite place to order from.

I called and explained that I had a coupon for a free large cheese pizza if I order 2 one topping pizza. I explained that my kids like plain cheese pizza so could I get 2 toppings on one of my pizzas and get two cheese pizzas instead. I figured that it would be no problem because it was the same price AND the same amount of toppings. The girl on the phone said no so I asked to speak with the Manager (Nicole) and she too said she would not be able to ring it up. I explained to ring in 2 single topping pizzas– she did not understand. I hung up and called Pizza Bella…
